Esta casa de una sola historia lejos de casa pertenece a nuestra familia de la Fuerza Aérea. Hemos asistido al entrenamiento de BMT y nuestro Airman adoraba tener las comodidades del hogar durante su tiempo fuera de la base. Estamos a unos 6 minutos en coche de Lackland Air Force y 2 millas de Sea World. Hay mucho tráfico en las puertas el día de graduación y estar tan cerca te permite tener más tiempo con tu piloto aéreo. La comunidad es un vecindario seguro, familiar, tranquilo y también cuenta con un gran patio cubierto junto a una gran piscina en el suelo. Tenemos un garaje para un automóvil equipado con un abridor de garaje, que se le dará. La casa se hizo sentir lo más cómoda posible. Utilizamos esta casa estrictamente para alquileres ahora y la adaptamos a la familia y comodidad de los graduados de BMT, y muchos otros huéspedes también. Sabemos que las familias se quedarán aquí y los niños también pueden acompañarlos, por lo que hemos realizado algunas adiciones a prueba de niños en nuestro hogar. Todas las cubiertas de los puntos de venta están cubiertas y ofrecemos un paquete y juego con un juego de sábanas para su hijo. Tenemos un gran sofá seccional con una otomana ancha. Los comedores tienen capacidad para 6, pero tenemos configuraciones de platos para 8. This property was NOTHING like the description and photos shown in Vrbo listing. It was in such disarray that we didn't feel comfortable staying there. The security system was beeping continuously because the fire alarm was disconnected (AND HANGING FROM THE CEILING) and all of the other security features showed as being on "low battery" since September. The property was in very poor condition. The couch had stains and debris on it (and wasn't even the leather couch pictured in the listing). In general, the furniture was very different than what is shown in the VRBO photos. The large vent in the hall was so dirty that chunks of dust had fallen from it onto the floor. The walls and doors were dirty and stained, and there were missing chunks of molding throughout the house. The linen closet was dirty and stained, and the towels did not smell clean. The bathrooms had rusting in the tubs, around the toilets, and in the sinks. The backyard had trash and debris. The patio furniture was also different than what was shown in the VRBO listing. Just walking past the kitchen we could see the grease on the lid of the crockpot, so we didn't not bother looking any further than that.I contacted the host and she initially told me that she would confirm with the cleaning crew that the house had not been stayed in, and then would issue a refund. That was January 8th. I have made contact several times since then and still haven't been issued a refund.TERRIBLE! DON'T RENT!

San Antonio 2025

The driveway is a little steep but the house was a comfortable stay. Clean and All the things of being at home. Oh the AC was perfect! We ate out the entire time but the kitchen would be a great place to cook dinner if you wanted. Cute little back yard for Charcoal BBQ and even a coffee in the morning. It's was perfect for our family of four. The rooms were great sizes and the beds were our saviors after the long days of walking and enjoying the city of San Antonio. Sea World is always fun. The community pool area look nice we were just to tired to enjoy it. We ate at some good places...Alamo Biscuit Company, Iron Cactus on the Riverwalk, Rosario's on St. Mary's and Grimaldi's Pizza at La Cantera shopping area...all delicious with great service!

Perfect for bmt grad

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, and kitchen utensils. Only about 15 min from AFB. They included a pack and play and small stroller.

Worked well

Worked well as the hub for doing all the San Antonio things. Pool is a 5 minute drive, more than half a mile walk so we felt like it was too far to walk with little kids in the heat. Not a problem, just wasn’t what we expected. Access thru the garage was very convenient. Walmart neighborhood market about 5 minutes away for quick groceries. 15-20 minutes from sea world and from most attractions.

Nice

Place was nice and provided pack and play so was easier to travel and not have to pack that on the road. However, if you have a bad back and bad knees then this isn't a great place. The beds and sofas were super soft and not firm at all so there was no support. House is also built on an incline, so stairs to porch were steep and unloading and walking to and from vehicles may be a challenge with people walking with littles. There was also a lack of blankets but plenty of sheets. Pictures accurately describe the rooms. There weren't curtains on the windows but there were blinds so traveling with littles was rough because they woke up with the sun outside. So remember to bring night masks if wanting to sleep in. The customer service was great, they provided cell phone numbers and toys were even left at the house for our littles to play with and to be kept entertained. The other positive note is that there was an alarm system that helped us feel stay safe at all times. Plus, the neighborhood was also nice and quiet.

Great home, very nice and clean as advertised

Great little home! A little higher than similar VRBO’s but the reviews are accurate and the home is really clean throughout and well taken care of. Instant communication from the owners. Comfortable from the bed to the couch to the kitchen! Easy access to highways and most of San An. Is less than 20 minutes away! Sea World was most impressive and a quick 10-15 minute drive!

Was very Happy

The outside needs some TLC, but I know the weather this past year has not been great with the freeze, things died, the heat and rain. The inside however, was very homey, comfortable and the location was very convenient to my daughter's home. I really would give if 4.5 starts, but i can not do a half star.

Near Sea world and not much of a hike to downtown. We visited fiesta Texas also. We had 8 of us and the property owners took care of us when the time came too tks.....
