Great house in a quiet, convenient area

We enjoyed our stay in your spacious home. We were out and about most of the time, but it was comfortable and perfect for our needs.

Overall satisfied with the stay. Big house with much to do from games and outside fires. Definitely would recommend coming back when we come to Texas again!

Great place

Our family was in town for a wedding and it was a great place for all of us to get ready. The views are beautiful and has a lot of amenities. Grandkids had things to do inside and outsideHouse is soundproof, you couldn’t hear other up in the morning so everyone could sleep in that chose too

Very clean, lots of space, perfect stay for the cost. Feels secluded, but very close to HEB, Walmart, The Rim, and Fiesta Texas. Would book again.

Loved this place

Very clean, very nice property in a quiet setting. Our family loved the pool table, dart board and all the games. We will stay here again next time we are in SA!

Daughter's Wedding

Absolutely loved this house! Our daughter celebrated her wedding reception at a nearby venue so the location was convenient. Easy check in and check out. Didn't spend too much time there but plenty of space for everyone!

New Years 2025

Amazing stay! Property is super clean, well maintained and well decorated. I loved that it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere while only 5 minutes away from an HEB and everything else. Malarie and Anthony were also very accommodating to a request we made while oyher properties were not.

Perfect for our needs

Great place to gather

This house worked great for our needs - we were in town visiting family in Boerne, and this home was an excellent base. It's obvious the owners have put a lot of thought into making it a rental by creating spaces that are conducive to groups gathering (game room area, back patio with lots of seating, big comfortable couches, etc.) We enjoyed all of those things.

Eclipse 2024

We booked The Escape to watch the 2024 Eclipse. There was so much to do from games inside, outdoor games, cooking (inside and outside) and T.V. for the kids. The outside wrap around porch was great and the backyard. The rooms were spacious. Would definitely book again.

There was an issue with the AC before we got there. They thought they had it fixed but we got there and it still wasn't working right. They offered us a full refund and said we could stay until we found somewhere else. They brought portable AC units for all the bedrooms and got someone to come out and take a look at the AC. We ended up just staying there. The house was great and there was something to do for all ages. They did everything they could to make us comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a fun time for all!

This property rated highly with our entire group. We gathered from all corners of the US to view the eclipse. Our oldest son lives close by so there was a large group of us. The house fitted our needs to a "T" in so many ways. The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping, the home is clean and spacious. We enjoyed mornings on the porch drinking coffee and just being together. The property management team and owner were easy to work with and they communicated quickly when needed. We expect to be back again and feel we will refer new customers also with our son living close by and needing extra space now and then. This could be an excellent place for him to house guests. We especially enjoyed the space of the home, there were places for everyone to go to work, talk on the phone, read or be together. We cook when we come so we also enjoyed the large kitchen which is open to the living area. We lost no time visiting with each other, even when working in the kitchen. It was a happy space for us for four days and we would like to express our gratitude to all staff and owners. We will be back!
