This was a great lay out for 4 guys in town for a convention. Everything was great and truly minutes from all the downtown attractions, we would certainly stay here again.

The house (if you can call it a house) is about to fall on you! It’s nothing like the pictures! Major cracks on the walls (inside and outside), doors not staying closed, gaps between the doors and walls including the entry door! This is a safety issue! Not just a like or didn’t like it. We have pictures and video as proof! Besides that, we had to wash the sheets on 2 beds because there was hair on it.

This house truly is falling down. There are cracks in all the walls from inside to out. When you look at the baseboards in the family room, you ou can see the outside. Bugs and mice can easily enter. Master bedroom door doesn’t shut tight because of the foundation issues. The bathrooms have no privacy for the same reason.

The host was responsive prior to and during the stay. The photos did not show the cracks in all the walls or the where the front of the house is crumbling from a sinking foundation. The bedroom door would not close and the sliding bathroom doors did not provide privacy as you can see right in. I like to give 5 star reviews but I can’t give that rating for this house.

The kitchen at the Marbled Speakeasy was fully equipped, including a gas stove, a Keurig and a classic coffee maker. This home was very clean and comfortable. It is pet friendly, we took our two dogs and the backyard was big enough for them to run around. The location is definitely a plus, you can get to most downtown and nearby destinations within 7 minutes. The primary bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms which I also consider a plus. Our host checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable, or if we needed anything, very helpful and considerate. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was comfortable. The place was as pictured and within walking distance of the River Walk and the Alamo. Our only disappointment was that the master bathroom toilet would not flush. The owner was made aware of the problem, acknowledged the problem very quickly but we spent our 2 night stay without a working toilet in the master.

Property was clean and the location was minutes away from river walk, Alamo, and pearl district. There were a few minor things that I addressed with the owner (very minimal) and he assured me he would take them in to account. He was very easy to communicate with. We would stay again.
