Our host Andrew, is a super host x 2. He is welcoming, checks in to see if all is ok, and made us feel valued and appreciated. Super fast in responding. The facility was as described and is super clean. To say it’s well stocked is an understatement. Plenty of towels, coffee, creamer, TP, and kitchen utensils. More than any other rental I’ve booked. Very pleasant stay.
Immaculate kitchen with the cutest teapot!
Nice coffee bar with huge canister of k-cups, creamer, sugar; along with regular coffee/filters for the brewer.

Everything about this house was absolutely perfect! My wife and I didn't want to leave! The property was very clean. Everything we needed was there. We have not slept that well in years. The beds were the absolute best! The hot tub was very relaxing. And the location of the property could not have been better.

Amazing fun jacuzzi property

This is an upcoming property area. Also a very small store two houses away. Wouldn’t say this is walking distance to Riverwalk but it is a short 10 uber drive. Very fun property! Would definitely stay again! Owner is super responsive. Property is well maintained.

Cute home easy walking

Nice stay with 2 adults and one 12 year old. House was cute and a good mix of modern & rustic. Nice 15-20min walk to local restaurants, park, and river walk. Host regularly checked in by text throughout visit, but nothing was ever needed.

Great house!

I cannot say enough good things about this house. The location was fantastic, five minutes to almost anything we wanted to do and some really great restaurants and shops to check out within walking distance. The property was clean and had everything we needed and the hosts were very communicative and helpful.

Cute neighborhood in the perfect location!

This is a cute little house in a nice neighborhood that's within walking distance to downtown San Antonio. We walked to dinner (Rosario's) and Muertos Fest (Hemisfair) while we were there -- super convenient. The place was spotless and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We were able to do some cooking with the tools and spices provided. I also very much appreciated the coffee, sugar and creamer; it's a basic requirement in my book so I always call attention to it. Communication with the host is also easy and timely. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous weekend!

Our family came to town for my in-laws birthday party! The house location was a half mile from their house! We used it mainly for sleeping but would recommend it and we would stay here again! It was clean- the location was great- there was a great backyard to hang out in- they had a high chair and a pack and play! And Andrew was always available - the communication was great! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Fabulous!

I travel for work and bring my two dogs. I felt completely comfortable and safe. I never sleep when I travel, but I slept like a baby here. The house is well decorated, and has everything you could need. Communication with Andrew was fabulous. I will definitely stay here again.

What a great stay! A cute house with nicely updated kitchen. Our fur babies loved the back yard, which is fully fenced for they’re safety. It’s located near resturaunts,(some of our favorites), and close to the Riverwalk. Andrew was responsive and helpful!. Would love to stay there again!

Wonderful alternative to downtown SA choas

My family stayed in this charming property while attending a conference at the convention center. It was so nice to have more space than a hotel provides. The house was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The A/C works GREAT! Location was close to everything. We used UBER effortlessly and enjoyed having easy access to our vehicle when needed. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the little house with all the comforts of home. We walked to the river walk, market square and other fun places - but was glad for the Uber back at the end of the days adventure. We would absolutely return in the future.

Cozy house in wonderful neighborhood

We used the front porch and the inside of the house for visiting, eating and lounging because it was so comfortable and clean. We had quick access to all the sights and SA experiences on our list.

Pleasant and conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. The home is continently located within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and Riverwalk yet sill very quiet and safe neighborhood. The yard is huge and well taken care of. The host was prompt on answering all our questions, we will definitely go back!
