The sheets were dirty. Broken fridge and Iron. Dirty yellow towels and over poor hygiene. Not recommend!

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We did check the fridge in the room that was rented to you and it is working just fine. The iron isn't working, but had we known about this issue at the time of your stay we would have happily replaced for a new one. As for the towels, when they get washed sometimes the older towels tend to get mixed up with the newer ones, and again we would replaced them for newer ones to your liking had you notified us at the time of your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you and your family.

Hair on my supposedly new sheets, paint was peeling off, dirty carpet. The front office smell like really strong curry.

I’m sorry about the experience you had with us. Our front office is closed to the public, and for safety purposes we only rent our rooms through the night window. The room we put you in was downstairs and all our downstairs rooms have tiles. We did offered to replace your sheets, blankets and bedding for you. The housekeepers can simply make mistakes, and we will work on making improvements.

I felt like i got catfished by you guys, i reserved a 2 bedroom and i get there and the receptionist said i only reserved a 1 bed , then you guys post fake pictures of the rooms for rent when in actuality the rooms look like a crackhouse , its dirty with holes on the furniture and broken things with half ass repairs , and hopefully they wont try to blame the broken things on me , i dont like the fact that expedia posted fake pictures, and the a/c sucked as well, i dont think ill be using expedia anymore

We are sorry about the experience you had. We do have different room types. We are currently making renovations at the time, including our furniture. You did in fact reserve a double bedroom, and according to our records you were given a double bedroom. We sorry for any miscommunication with our front desk staff. The pictures are not fake, that room may have been a different room type with different furniture. Had you asked at the time of your stay we would happily changed your room for you. We sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I’m sorry about the experience you had with us. We recently made renovations to that room, and we made it was fully stocked with supplies. We checked your room and we found two garbage bins in the room. We would happily brought you more soaps, sheets & pillows to your room. The A/C is a wall unit and there is not much we can do besides replace it or move you to another room. Again all these issues could have been resolved had we known about them.

Barely any contact. I thought we could pay at hotel. She refused my new card and that of my sister n law. I booked both rooms on my card. My sister n law was to pay her own room. I ended up paying both cuz she wouldn’t take her card. The rooms were nasty the doors filthy, the beds & pillows felts felt like boards. The AC kept running as if it was going to stop. Making so much noise. Never again.

We sorry about the experience you had with us. We collect all payments at the Hotel. Our hotel policy requires the credit/debit card as well as the cardholder's ID to be present for security purposes. It's possible that they tired running the different credit/debit cards but it came back declined. We sorry about the beds. Had we know about the issue we would happily changed your room for you. We will work on making improvements to our property.

Clean basic room. My only complaints are that there is no coffee and the refrigerator doesn't work.

It’s a pass by motel , we travel thru San Benito I found hair on the blankets, pillows are super hard and flat .. but we only wanted to rest a couple of hours so we did.

The A/C in that room is an older model which they discontinued to make part for. We are unable to replace the A/C panel, and we have the writing so customer know how to use it properly. We tested the A/C & heater and it works just fine. Thank you

It was conveniently located right off the freeway. I reserved for 2 people and didnt know they charged extra for a 3rd person. I guess that was my fault. But i also didn't know they charged $25 for a deposit.

The standard rate includes two guests by default. We do charge $5.00 plus tax for each additional guest. If you look at our hotel page on Expedia, it does state that we collect a deposit for any incidentals, damages or missing items from the room. Deposits are a standard practice in the hotel industry. Please contact the hotel for a full refund of your deposit amount.

Disaster in “Texas “
Terrible,, did not stay due to bugs and ac not working. Attendant threatened to charge one night. We left after 10 minutes. Due also to the fact that the door jamb looked like it was kicked in and not fixed properly.

We check the room we rented to you. We found no bugs. Unfortunately since we are an outdoor property sometimes bugs may get into the room from outside no matters how much pesticide we spray. The A/C does work in that room. We would not rent the room to you if the AC didn’t work. I’m not sure what you’re talking about with the door, there’s nothing wrong with the door it closes and locks just fine. According to our policy, we have to charge you for the one night. If you would have given us a chance, we would have happily change your room.

Situation of hotel is not so good. Room was newly painted and carpet replaced. Overall, room was nice by did notice bed bugs when we left. Will probably not stay here anymore.

The rooms themselves were not bad but it was really difficult to figure out how the shower worked. I was able to get the water running at the bottom but could not figure out how to get it flowing at the top where the shower head was.

I’m sorry about the confusion, but there is a sign in the shower with instructions. If you would have called the front desk we happily would have walked you through it.
