The villa accommodates up to 12 adults and 2 children across spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy and comfort for families and groups of friends. Bright living areas, elegant dining spaces, air conditioning throughout, and carefully curated furnishings create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere in every season.
Outside, guests can enjoy a vast private fenced garden immersed in centuries-old oak trees, featuring multiple relaxation areas and a spectacular infinity pool overlooking the surrounding countryside. Whether enjoying a quiet morning surrounded by nature or a glass of wine at sunset by the pool, every moment at Villa Vesta becomes a memorable experience.
Ideally located near the charming village of San Casciano dei Bagni and its renowned thermal springs, the villa serves as the perfect base for discovering the treasures of Tuscany, including Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Siena, Orvieto, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.
Villa Vesta is also an exceptional venue for intimate weddings, private celebrations, and special events, offering exclusive use of the entire estate and complete privacy throughout the stay.
A dedicated hospitality team, led by the owner Patrizia, is available before and during the stay to ensure a seamless and personalized experience, taking care of every detail with warmth, professionalism, and genuine Tuscan hospitality.

Welcome dinner upon guests' arrival, prepared by a dedicated chef and including all ingredients, Rosso di Montepulciano wine, water, and limoncello. Included for stays of at least 7 nights or a minimum of 3 nights during low season. For stays of 2 weeks, two welcome dinners are included.


Farewell dinner at the end of the stay, prepared by a dedicated chef and including all ingredients, Rosso di Montepulciano wine, water, and limoncello. Included for stays of at least 7 nights. For stays of 2 weeks, two farewell dinners are included.


Welcome grocery pack upon arrival, including essential groceries, coffee capsules, and 24 bottles of water.


Air conditioning included up to a maximum consumption value of €300 per week.

Dedicated concierge service.


Housekeeping service for 2 hours per day, 6 days per week.
