In the heart of the Chianti region, this beautiful semi-detached villa sleeps up to 14 people and makes an idyllic holiday retreat for families with children and pets. Set on a hillside, surrounded by unspoiled countryside, this is a picture-perfect Tuscan retreat.

The villa is divided into 2 independent apartments spread over 2 storeys – ground and first floors. Ideal for friends or families who want to holiday together, but keep some degree of privacy or independence. The ground-floor apartment for 8 people has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 1st floor apartment for 6 has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each has a kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The kitchens are well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer.

Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. The property features private and shared gardens. The terrace has spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. The shaded outdoor dining area has a barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals surrounded by greenery.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, in accordance with municipal regulations, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., under penalty of a fine. Please note that the property is equipped with a decibel detector.

The renowned Antinori Winery is a 9-minute drive away in San Casciano, a must-visit for wine enthusiasts. Enjoy a game of tennis at Ponterotto (a 12-minute drive), followed by a scenic walk along the Pesa River (a 10-minute drive).
