Precioso condominio de 3 dormitorios con vistas despejadas al muelle, al mar y a la costa. Estilo, sofisticaci���������������n y colores de la playa suaves crean un entorno ideal para sus vacaciones en esta encantadora ciudad. Llamado el "pueblo espa��ol por el mar", de San Clemente es mejor conocido por el famoso muelle, famoso surfing mundial, pintoresco centro / tiendas / restaurantes y playa.

Muy mejorado, se sentirá como si estuviera en un complejo de 5 estrellas. Amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana (canales por cable incluido!), Chimenea y un c������modo sofá ofrece un gran lugar para relajarse después de un ajetreado día, disfrutar de las vistas.

Sentarse en el balc���n, mientras que la lectura de su libro favorito, beber una taza de caf�� o una copa de vino. Las vistas del muelle, la playa y la costa son incre��bles!

La habitaci��n principal tiene una cama extra grande, un mont���n de espacio en el armario, y ba����o privado además de TV. sábanas de lujo y toallas de felpa a����adir a su comodidad.

En la segunda habitación son Literas con un lleno en la parte inferior y dos en la parte superior.

Dormir adicional se ofrece con el sof��-cama en el tercer dormitorio / estudio. Tambi����������n hay un televisor y algunas sillas con bolsa de frijoles!

Beautiful Views, Great location

Beautiful view of the ocean, in a central location. Easy waking distance to both the pier, and shops and restaurants. The place was clean and a great place to stay. Would book again!

Loved it!

We loved our stay!! The location is wonderful! It's right by the beach, restaurants and a trolly stop that takes you around town. The property was lovely and we really enjoyed the condo!

The location of this condo was great! The unit was dated, but spacious and exactly what we needed. The second bathroom was a tight fit, but it was nice to have laundry in unit. We were traveling with a 3 week old baby (in town for a wedding) and were granted late check out which was very much appreciated!

Fabulous beach stay

Valerie's place was fantastic . An ideal location close to the beach with the added bonus of the pool suited us perfectly. The house itself had everything we needed.

Beautiful San Clemente

Great location. An easy downhill walk to the pier, beach and a few restaurants. Views from the outdoor balcony are amazing. Rental unit is large and in good shape.

Overall a 3/5 because the pull out bed was dirty with crumbs and smudge marks, toilet kept running all day/night, and there was glass in the carpet. Beautiful view from deck and close to beach!

Week in San Clemente

Condo was nice and conveniently located to the beech. Main living area was quite nice with beautiful views of the ocean but the bathrooms could use an upgrade. A few general maintenance things as well.

Perfect spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay! The condo is very spacious and well situated. We walked everywhere - from coffee to surf to dinner. We loved the views and ocean breezes! The pool area is quite nice and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Checkin was a breeze. Finding the parking spot and trash bins was tricky but everything else was seamless. We’d definitely recommend this place and likely will book again next spring when we come back!

Family Vacation

The location was awesome, with plenty of room for the whole family. The unit is a little outdated and has no A/C. The sheets were dirty and had to be washed. The dryer was broken, so we had to hang dry all items.

There are definitely a few things that could be upgraded, the blinds are stuck/broken, some of the utensils like the can opener doesn’t work. The hand faucet in the master bathroom is ready to fall out. The pull out bed is not at all comfortable. The tiles on the outside tables are broken, there wasn’t a key to the front door, only the gate. BUT the view outweighed all of that! It is gorgeous!

Great location! Awesome view!!

Pros: Awesome view of ocean/pier, within about a five minute walk to pier, shopping and restaurants. Quite complex, not a lot of people around. Beach and pool towels provided. Cons: payment process(final payment was collected a month late) comfort of furniture (sofa, dining room chairs, king bed). Walk back from the pier is a bit steep. PS: washer and dryer works fine. sheets, dishes and towels were clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo checked all the boxes for our family of five. Great view of the ocean and city, walking distance to all of the restaurants both at the beach and Avenida Del Mar [5 min walk]. You really don't need a car. Additionally, there is a free trolly that stops right outside the gate of the complex. The furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen has all the cooking supplies you will need if you feel like cooking. Hot tub + heated pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. The grounds are kept very nice, the complex is very quiet. We hope to be back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Rental was perfect to accommodate my family during our stay. It was 1hr from the San Diego airport. So many restaurants within a mile and walkable if you can walk the hills. We enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning and night people watching and listening to the waves. There is no A/C but in Oct. we really didn't need it there were fans if needed. There were a few things that could use some attention like the toilet in one bathroom that wobbles and the ice maker did not work. One thing I wish there was when we arrived was some information of the immediate area grocery store, shops, restaurants where garbage/recycling goes and how to prepare for move out. Overall I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The property and view were lovely. Easy access to beach and local restaurants.

The unit was filthy. The carpet and rugs were grungy dirty. There is no AC and the box fans had hanging dust and soot from the blades. The clothes dryer was out of service. The ice maker was mot working. Did not use the dishes, but he beverage glasses were filmy.. requiring wash before use. Minimal supply of toilet paper and paper towel. Photos upon request
