“Kind personal, tv not working, called and they came and “fixed” it, few minutes later was broken again, tried calling again, phone didn’t work. The room was poorly lighted so did the bathroom. I had to say it was clean”

“The room was not what we expected”

“Check in was efficient and speedy. The only thing I was very surprised that when we returned to our room after all am day outing that the policy is they do not even clean the room not just not change the linens but did not even come in to leave clean towels. That was a total surprise. But you I would recommend this Best Western if you are ok with that. The policy is for a two night stay.”

“Thank you for the late check in help from Pia and Adam. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. It would be great if the patio lights could be dimmed at night. ..the black out curtains and shades didnt quite block out the light.... Comfy clean bed and spacious rook with great storage..:) Hot water in the sink took a long time to heat up I hated wasting the water.... A little more attention to cleaning under the bed and bathroom cabinet please;) I dropped a couple of things under each......
