The rate includes:

- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of 1,500.00€ and with the restrictions provided).

Villa Alma is located in the rolling hills of San Costanzo, in a privileged position from which the view opens onto the Marche countryside to the Adriatic coast. Founded as a private residence in the Seventies and recently renovated, the villa retains the authentic character of a lived home, reinterpreted through modern, bright and comfortable environments. Spread over three levels connected by an internal spiral staircase, it offers five double bedrooms, four bathrooms and spaces designed to accommodate families and groups of friends. The large living areas overlook the surrounding landscape, while the balcony on the first floor and the terrace on the attic level offer pleasant views of the garden and the hills. Outside, a private fenced park surrounds the pool with heated whirlpool, creating an ideal environment for enjoying the summer outdoors. A few minutes from the sea and the characteristic village of San Costanzo, Villa Alma represents a rare balance between rural tranquility, landscape and proximity to the Marche coast.

Interiors:

The villa is spread over three levels for about 290 square meters in total, connected by an internal spiral staircase. GROUND FLOOR - Living room with kitchenette; a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower and washing machine; a double bedroom with private entrance, en suite bathtub and private bathroom. FIRST FLOOR (accessible both from outside and from an internal staircase) — Open space living room; kitchenette; double bedroom (independent entrance) with walk-in closet and bathroom with tub. SECOND FLOOR (ATTIC) - Living room with access to the terrace, a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower; an additional bedroom with a double bed.


Park:

The garden of about 3,500 square meters, completely fenced and illuminated, surrounds the villa with lawn and trees. There are outdoor living areas equipped with gazebos, sofas and tables, as well as an exclusive courtyard on the pool side and a charging station for electric cars. The property is accessed through a driveway gate beyond which there is a parking area for five places. N.B.: Please note that the photographic services are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.


Pool:

The fenced pool is located in the center of the garden and about 15 m from the villa, accessible via a short path with three steps. Irregular shape, measures 13 x 7 meters and a sloping depth of up to 1.40 m. Access with Roman staircase and chlorine purification plant. 200 sqm equipped solarium with sun loungers, umbrellas, gazebos, sofas and hot tub for four people (heated from April to June and from mid-September to October, included in the price). Opening period: from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
