“Host was nice, way to small. ”

“My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego. This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. Being a week long stay I also very much appreciated having laundry facilities. With 3 full rooms, plus the back patio, there was plenty of room move about. “Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was amazing, close to shops, beach, restaurants. You can hear some traffic from the sidewalks and streets when people walk by but nothing ear plugs couldn't keep out while sleeping. We also stayed on a Friday night so nightlife was in full swing but not a nuisance at all. ”

“We had a wonderful experience, the neighborhood was very La jolla asthetic, the place was very welcoming and Karen was just great at checking with us on anything we need it and she treated us with very good hospitality I would be very excited to book again in a near future.”

“Alisa is such a caring host! Any questions we had were answered and she was absolutely great during the check-in and check out process. The studio was clean and everything we could have asked for. She even gave us a cute little margarita kit which inspired our drink of choice for the weekend. The bikes were also great. You won’t regret staying here — missing SD already. “Great Stay. Cute and Clean. Great Value. Host is amazing. Only downside is parking is tight and both tenants have to be mindful of each other when parking but this doesn’t affect the stay at all, worst case there is plenty of safe street parking, 5 stars.”
