The property includes a three-bedroom main house and a detached fourth bedroom with a living and small dining area. It has a large gated garden yard with a hammock and a small eating area. You will have private access to the entire property.

This cherished family home was built in 1905 and is a registered San Diego Historic Landmark. Most of the interior floors, fixtures and windows are original and not replaceable.



Please note, the cowboy pool is 2 feet deep and can be heated to approximately 100°F in a couple of hours; exact heating time and temperature may vary. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool has a hard cover that is heavy, but may be able to be lifted by older or stronger children.



We ask that you enjoy the space with the same consideration you'd show your own home. While we'll respond as quickly as possible to any concerns, please note we don't have on-site staff available 24/7.



Summer guests: the 1st floor and primary bedroom are air-conditioned. The other two main-house bedrooms and detached casita are not; fans are provided. If A/C in every sleeping room is essential for your group, especially in July–September, message us before booking.
