The main problem was that there was NO HEAT in the condo, while SD beach highs were in the 50's. A "tech" came over the first night, couldn't fix it. Another tech came over the next day - couldn't fix it, some part need but probably wouldn't be available during the holidays. There were space heaters, one didn't work, and they supplied one more (8"x8" - not very useful).
