The 3 story house was fantastic. Great beds, bathrooms, kitchen, linens, garage, top floor deck with ocean view. Close to beach. Plenty of supplies for 4 adults and 4 children. Great clean 2 car garage. Washer/dryer. We will stay again. Thank you.

The property was perfect for us. So Close to the beach and other amenities. My elderly parents felt very comfortable as did my husband and myself. It was very quiet overall. Would hire this place again.

The only thing I would recommend is have a small vacuum. It was a wonderful house and we had an amazing time. Great location to go back and forth from the ocean to the bay side.

Great Location!

The house was great, very close to the beach and restaurants. The house fit our family of 6 adults very comfortably. There were lots of beach amenities in the garage, like chairs, boogie boards, balls, and buckets with sand toys. The kitchen was stocked so we could cook some meals. The only negative were the floors. The carpets needed to be cleaned (mostly the stairs) and the wood floors were pretty dirty. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Great location

The location was perfect; really close to the beach and restaurants. We stayed in April, so the temperatures were perfect that we didn't need air or heat. The house size was great for my husband and me, my parents and adult son. I can't speak for the noise, as it wasn't high season, but we all slept comfortably on a Friday night - we were close to bars and restaurants, but didn't hear much. It is high density living, so no doubt you will hear your neighbors, this did not bother us at all. We knew this going in. We were looking for a beach getaway, and this was location was perfect.

GREAT location, fantastic host!

Stayed here with my husband and two other couples (all adults). The location was perfect! By everything you need, and 15 min drive from most tourist attractions. Right by the beach to watch the sunset whenever.Host was wonderful! Extremely responsive, made sure we were taken care of. Would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The 3rd floor deck was absolutely amazing - we enjoyed watching the sunset each day. The closeness to the beach and restaurants was great - walked everywhere. Utilized the beach accessories as well and having a two car garage couldn't have been better. Thank you - we will definitely come again!!

Family getaway

I hesitate to leave a good review because it will make this unit popular. Making it harder to find it available for us the next time. That being said, we were impressed with the cleanliness, and the attention to detail oriented amenities. Location is great with distance to the beach and food options available along Mission Blvd. We would definitely book this unit again.

Lovely Stay in Mission Beach

The house was perfect for 6 of us for a girl's weekend in SD. The rooftop patio was dreamy in the morning to sit out with coffee. The location could not have been better, 1 min walk to the beach and a 15 min uber to downtown. I would say it would be a tight squeeze for more than 6 people (beds wise) but the house was lovely, clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

Coming back!

We had the best time. Perfect with young kiddos too! The ONLY thing--bring an extra fan if you can! The bedrooms got a tad warm in mid August but besides that, the place was perfection. The location, communication, house itself... all wonderful. Family is already planning a repeat visit next year!!

Great location

This house was perfect for my husband and I and our two early 20 Something children. Great setup perfect location. We enjoyed sitting and talking on the roof deck every night and watching the seaworld fireworks. Three floors were great for us to spread out and me to do some remote working during the week. Highly recommend. Close to great food and shopping.

Great long weekend in Mission Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was super clean. The management company was very responsive. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Clean Home

We enjoyed staying in this home. It was very clean and it was very close to the beach, restaurants and a convenience store, all walking distance. We didn’t have to drive anywhere once we got to this home. When some of us got there, they noticed something wrong with the blinds in the bottom floor and once they called Bluewater, they immediately sent someone to repair it. They are very responsive. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if we were allowed to use the beach equipment which were in the photo in the garage when we booked. Once we booked our stay, and were given the house rules which said that the beach equipment are only to be used by the owners of the home. I called to clarify prior to going and was told that it is true that we cannot use the beach equipment so we brought our own which was an inconvenience. When we were about to check out, I noticed a sign in the garage saying that the beach equipment are there for guests to use but sand had to be rinsed off these after using. I didn’t bother to call and ask about this since we were already leaving and we brought our own beach stuff anyway. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would go back here again if given the chance to. Our family loved our stay here.

Great property

Beautiful property. It was clean with nice finishes. We loved the roof top deck. King bed was super comfortable. The only suggestion I would give is bring your own pillow.
