The house was clean, thoughtfully stocked with everything one could need while staying on the beach, and the host was very responsive to all of my communication. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay near the bay/ocean. Having a place to park, our own patio, outdoor seating, ave being able to walk to the ocean was perfect. Starbucks is also a block away and SeaWorld was a short drive down the road. Everything was superb!

Great place to stay right on the Bayside Walk. After many years staying in Mission Beach, this is my favorite place -- clean, bright, with lots of room, parking, laundry, and responsive hosts. View is perfect. Location is ideal.

We enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were pristine and comfortable. The weather and location was perfect for us. Very quiet and watching the sailboats and paddle boarders on the bay was a relaxing bonus. We highly recommend this place!

We had such a great stay here! The beach front location, parking, and overall space were super convenient, and everything was spotless. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was such a nice bonus — adding a simple laundry hamper would make it even better. For a short stay it was perfect, but for a longer visit, not having a dishwasher or an oven might be a bit tricky. Overall, an awesome place for a relaxing and easy stay in San Diego!

Absolutely beautiful location on a quiet path during fall. It was easy to walk with young kids to resturuants and the boardwalk. The beach was right off the patio. Our only concern was that the living room upholstery was stained and the master bedroom smelled like mold. Without these issues it would be a 10/10, easily.

We had the absolute best time! This home was a huge reason. It is in the perfect location...right on the bay, in walking distance to Starbucks and Belmont Park, and a short walk to the ocean! Inside was clean and comfortable and the outside deck was where we spent most of our time. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Beautiful place to stay. Bay area with water activities and swimming on one side, walk across street to ocean with waves for surfing or swim. Enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Sitting outside enjoying coffee while viewing variety of activities.

Great location

Location is awesome. Short walk to everything at mission beach. Bay side is more relaxed and quiet atmosphere than ocean side. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived.

San Diego in March

Enjoyed our stay in Mission Bay Area of San Diego. Location of this house was ideal for us - right on the bay and in walking distance to the beach. Nice modern and clean house. Big enough for us (a couple), for bigger groups the bathroom might be on the small side. Overall, a great rental experience!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and stocked with initial supplies. Location was fantastic, and neighborhood was quiet. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio under the umbrella. The washer/dryer made it convenient with little kids so that was a bonus!

Spring Break Beach Vacation

Our family of three had a great stay at this house on the bay at Mission Beach. The bay side of Mission Beach is quiet and offered a nice view with a beach to relax directly in front of the house. The ocean side and the Mission Beach boardwalk is a short walk across the street. The house is nicely renovated. The kitchen does not have an oven or a dishwasher. Laundry is located in a shared garage.

Great property for any occasion.

Rented this property to get out of Los Angeles for a few days and enjoy some time with the family. Could not have asked for a better overall experience. From the very start the property management company did an excellent job of providing me with all the information I needed and then some. Once I arrived at the property there were no surprises, everything worked as stated and the detailed instructions made it easy to use everything this property has to offer. Regarding the property itself, it is in a perfect location on the more relaxed bay side of Mission Beach (which is a huge plus). The front patio is an ideal spot to BBQ and watch the amazing sunsets San Diego has to offer. The house is minutes away from a variety of restaurants, rental shops and everything else you could want. Overall this place is perfect for a relaxing trip with family or friends.

Family beach stay

Close to everything you could want. A real “San Diego” experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Traveling with children ranging from 1-6 years old. Sad to leave.

Rough sleep

This property had security lights that went on and off constantly during the night. They blasted in the windows of the bedrooms and the living area. We had to throw towels over them to get any sleep. The neighbors both complained to us about them as well. Also, not having an oven or at very least a small portable convection oven was very inconvenient. A newly renovated $2-3 million dollar property should have an oven. These two issues would prevent us from renting this unit again. Other than that it was great.

Location, Location

Had a great time at this property. We have rented several properties this summer and we agree that this is the best yet. You can't beat the location and thankfully, quiet neighbors. Parking is great and the AC came in handy on a couple of really warm days. The beds were very comfortable for both the adults and kids. Just a "heads up", there is no oven on this property, and the smoke alarm is very sensitive, but was an easy work around..

We've vacationed every summer for years in Mission Beach, but we had never stayed on the bayside until this year. Our home was perfectly located and with such a peaceful view. Newly renovated and with two parking spots, we were delighted and will be back!

Beautiful Rental! Clean with Comfy Beds!

Loved our stay in Mission. Easy walk to the beach and always love the calm of the bayside. We watched the Sea World fireworks each night, barbecued and watched movies. Apple TV with all the apps in the living room and bedrooms was a huge plus for us! Very comfortable beds with nice linens and A/C. Would recommend to everyone!
