This is a spacious six-bedroom, four-bathroom home, ideal for a group or family vacationing together with room to spread out. With two full kitchens, a kitchenette, and four bathrooms, there is ample room to gather while still enjoying personal space.

This home welcomes its visitors with all the luxuries and amenities of staying in their own home. Custom-built details create a feeling of comfort throughout, with a spacious kitchen and custom cabinetry, detailed lighting, an open layout, and large windows that bring in the true feeling of vacationing at the beach. All four bathrooms are beautifully customized, with the master suite bathroom featuring a large glass shower, a whirlpool tub, and two vanities with dual sinks. There are five flat-screen smart TVs with Netflix, and dependable WiFi throughout.

Please note: you pass through the upstairs Master to access the bunk bedroom, which shares a common ocean-view patio with the Master.

GOOD TO KNOW

We have portable air conditioning units set up in the living rooms - the coastal breeze keeps things comfortable most of the year. Each room has a ceiling or standing fan. Central heating in the larger downstairs space, plus space heaters in the other areas.

Three patio areas offer plenty of lounging space to enjoy the beach air. The top two decks overlook Mission Bay to the east, the jetty to the south, and Ocean Beach to the west. The 2nd-floor balcony connects to the master suite and third bedroom, and the large rooftop deck seats 10+ and features a fire table.

THE AREA

South Mission Bay offers a beautiful, uncrowded white-sand beach ideal for families with young children — steps to Mission Point Park with a playground, picnic tables, and grassy areas for bocce, horseshoes, or walking the dog. On the ocean side, South Mission Beach has a good beach break under lifeguard watch, plus the world-famous volleyball courts. Bay-side and ocean-side pathways offer miles of jogging, biking, walking, and skating.

PARKING

Parking at the beach is a rarity, and this home includes three spaces: the garage, the carport, and a spot in front of the garden patio. The carport easily fits an SUV or large truck.

We provide plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, and more — why pay for rentals? The outdoor shower lets you leave the sand outside and rinse off all your beach gear.

In summer you can enjoy SeaWorld's fireworks, plus easy access to all of San Diego's sights. Welcome home!
