Ubicada a solo unos pasos del Océano y la Bahía en el lado soleado del encantador Ensenada Court, esta casa urbana construida en 2007 tiene un plano de planta excepcional que maximiza el disfrute combinado de la vida interior y exterior. La gran cubierta envolvente se combina como una extensión de la sala de estar y la cocina bañadas por el sol con concepto de océano con techos altos, mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

Master de segundo nivel con terraza soleada y baño iluminado con claraboya, dormitorio adicional para invitados y baño completo, dormitorio en la planta baja con controles deslizantes para patio privado cerrado y baño completo, y garaje para 2 autos.

¡Este es el alquiler de playa perfecto para cualquier familia que busque disfrutar de la soleada Mission Beach! Alquile bicicletas y pasee por el paseo o vaya a Sea World para pasar el día con la familia.

Cuando necesite un descanso de la playa y las actividades, puede disfrutar de la televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana en la sala de estar o de la televisión de pantalla plana en 2 de los 3 dormitorios.

Summer Vacation

The house was fantastic! We enjoyed having the option of visiting both the Bay side and the Beach. It was within perfect walking distance, even for our little ones. Neb is a wonderful host, very communicative, and quick to respond.

Great walkable location

I’ve never been to Mission Beach or San Diego although a frequent traveler. It was a great place to take teens, children or young adults. Although, a little older built beach town. An amusement park was walking distance with lots of activities for children. Markets, restaurants, bars and beaches all walking distance. Just know, no AC. The only issue was the ground level room since the window faced a public walkway we didn’t feel comfortable keeping the window open at night so it was very hot. I did have to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags. Not a big deal but you might want to bring those items. We also bought very nice large beach towels. We loved having our nice towels. It’s a 3 story. Perfect for teens where you want separation and your own defined spaces. One room had nice bunk beds with an additional trundle bed underneath. Loved that. I’m looking forward to going again!

Perfect Getaway

From start to finish everything was amazing. Communication with owner was great with prior questions. Condo was very clean and stocked with all amenities. Stocked with infant items if you need it. Toys and coolers aalso provided. They thought of everything. Large open screens to let the freah air in. Perfect location for us. A quick walk to the bay and a further but not to far walk to the ocean. Everything was amazing and we would book again in a hearbeat!

The location was great. When we made the sofa into a bed, there was dirt under the sofa. There were ants in the master bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Location was great and loved having the chairs/toys in garage for the beach but there were just a bunch of little things that were off to make it just ok- 1) all pots and pans were very scratched up, lack of size- matching lids and kitchen untensils made it frustrating to cook, 2) linens were clean but dingy, there was barely enough towels and only one washcloth in the whole condo, 3) Wi-Fi was not great, 4) carpet had definitely seen better days and 5) oven did not work great- was hard to get it up to temp! We still had a great trip but our stay could have been awesome with just a little bit of talc to the property.

Great location, host, and property

Had a great stay at this property with two families (4 adults and 3 kids). Beds were comfortable and stocked bathrooms. Kitchen pots/pans are very scratched up non-stick (needs some silicone cooking utensils) and the oven doesn't work. FYI there's no AC but plenty of fans. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Overall, had a great stay and would recommend.

Great San Diego Getaway

The beach house was beautiful and clean. It was a great setup for our family. The three bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a great feature. We loved gathering upstairs to eat and spend time together. We enjoyed the balcony on the top level very much. The location of the beach house was super convenient to access either the beach or the bay. Markets, restaurants, shops and Belmont Park were in walking distance.

Perfect Location

We will plan to stay here again! Seriously perfect location! Fantastic for me, my husband, grandma, our 17 and 3 1/2 year old. Cute and quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, one side bay other side ocean beach waves, and only a few minutes walk on beautiful boardwalk with shopping to Belmont Park!! The owner, Neb, was fantastic at communicating. We even added 1 extra day about 1 month or so before our trip and he added within the hour with a discount, no problem!! Easy arrival, easy checkout, garage to keep our SUV safe,..thank you Neb!!! Hope to stay in your place again in the future!!!

Very nice place, great location!

No complaints! This is a really nice property. It was very clean and well taken of. It had newer furnishings and plenty of room for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 teens). The beds were very comfortable, and the kids said the couch that converted to a bed was comfy too. Ensenada Ct. is nice and typically quiet. Within walking distance to several food options, Belmont, a couple mini-marts, and a couple of bars for the adults. On bay side of Mission Blvd if you like quiet, but an easy walk to the ocean side, even with beach gear. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Not an issue for us, but just want to point out, if you have trouble with stairs, this house is 3 stories with the kitchen, living room, and main deck on the 3rd floor. However, the higher deck was nice to watch sunsets and Sea World fireworks.

Great place! Close to parking!

My favorite thing about this townhouse was all the natural light! It was wonderfully close to parking as well since we couldn't fit all of our cars in the garage. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Perfect house and location!

My friends and I absolutely loved this house. It was very spacious, decorated nicely, and the location was amazing. You could walk 1 minute and be at the beach! The decks were also nice and provided great views. Check in was easy and communication was great!

Fun Beach House and a Fun Town

Fun beach house definitely has the beach feel especially when you walk upstairs and take in the ocean view on the wrap around balcony and enjoy the ocean air. Nice to be able to walk to the beach and Belmont Park. It was a delight for us out of towners to be in a good location. Lots to do close by and a short ride hail to other fun places. We recommend keeping the car in the garage...

Great Place for Family Vacation

This was a wonderful vacation home...steps from the beach and the bay. It really was is in a perfect location and it's a beautiful home! We had a great time and really appreciated the host's responsiveness. Unfortunately, the refrigerator went out while we were there but, he was quick to get us a replacement and even refunded us for groceries that went bad. They were only missing a few minor things like wash cloths and kitchen towels but, for the most part, it was a perfect place with all that we needed for a fantastic vacation! We would definitely go back there!!

Mission Beach Get Away

This listing was spacious, it was very clean and Neb's responses to inquiries were always prompt and helpful. San Diego was nice however, we where taken aback a bit by the temps and overcast days.

Would stay here again!

The property was incredible clean upon arrival. It is the perfect location to the beach, bars, restaurants - you name it! Neb was incredibly responsive and handled any request we had. Since the home did not have AC running, the windows were open and noise was a little bit of a frustration since there was a bachelor party next door. That being said, we understand that’s a unique circumstance and would stay here again without question. Thanks for a great VRBO experience!
