Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. “Hot shower is not working. Only the very cold shower. When you turn the handle to the left to get hot shower, the water in the shower heads was only dripping and no water pressure. No phones in the room. Had to go down every time to ask for assistance. I had to ask 3 times in one day just for someone to fix the issue and when someone finally came, they COULD NOT FIX IT!!! Quite disappointing ”
