Tuvimos inconvenientes con el shuttle, esperarmos aproximadamente 35 minutos para ser recogidos en el aeropuerto junto con otros pasajeros en horas después de la medianoche. Nos explicaron que había mucha afluencia de huéspedes pero aún así fue una experiencia no deseada.

Good option
Nice building. Conveniently located near SFO. Shuttle to/from airport works very well which then allows you to easily take BART. It is also within walking distance of a BART + CALTRAIN station. Room is spacious enough, bed is comfortable, and installations are good. On the downside, there's no restaurant for breakfast but a small sandwich station plus some fruit and snacks to go at 3 times their value; if you want a full breakfast you have to go to the Westin across the street but breakfast is overpriced for what it is, even for the bay area. Overall, great option for a 1 - 2 night stay near SFO.

Estábamos en una pieza, que se escuchaba el ruido de la pieza del al lado, no nos dejaban dormir.. hacían ruedos molestos. y la aislacionismos de la pieza para ruidos es malisma. NO PUDIMOS DESCANSAR BIEN

I liked how modern it was. I did not like the charges for every little thing including high parking rates and coffee. Also, the pool was occupied all morning and afternoon by a swim class and we had to go across to the other hotel to swim.
