Beautiful, cozy and well furnished

  • This beautiful, cozy and well furnished, this 2 bedrooms in-law unit has plenty of natural light, and is located in a nice quiet house in the Sunset/Parkside district. Recently updated, very clean and bright. The bedrooms are furnished with a new queen and full size beds, and has plenty of closet space. Fresh linens and towels (for 2 beds with 4 guests) are provided for your comfort and convenience. If you need an additional bedding for the futon there is a charge of $20 a day for the duration of the reservation. Sorry, the laundry is not available for short terms rental of 7 nights or less.

    The apartment has an open dining/living room floor plan. Electrical cook-top, sorry no oven. Refrigerator, microwave,
    toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher and all you may need for comfortable stay. In the living room you will find a comfy futon and a large flat screen TV. Hi-speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

    The location of the apartment is quite safe and convenient. It is close to public
    transportation, only 1 block away from the Taraval MUNI line which will take you directly
    to downtown, or to the beach in the opposite direction. If you come by car, free street
    parking is easy to find. No parking permit is required. It is residential part of the city and
    all houses around are single family homes so the density is not as high as in multifamily residents neighborhoods. Please check the street cleaning signs before you park your car.
    The apartment has separate entrance. Both Hi-Ways 101 and 280 are nearby. There are many stores, restaurants, and several shopping plazas a few blocks away, and Stern Grove is just around the corner.

    This cozy apartment will surely make you feel at home, while you explore everything San Francisco has to offer.

Our host was great and responded to our texts quickly. The location was convenient for the places we wanted to see. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom. The only drawback was we could hear the neighbors upstairs, footsteps and conversations. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mike was easy to reach via text and vey responsive the couple of times we contacted him. Great place to stay when visiting SF.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and street parking was generally easy to find. Checking in and out was a breeze. One thing to note is that there is no oven in the kitchen, so all cooking needs to be done on the stove or microwave. Also there are residents living above the unit and can be heard talking in the back bedroom sometimes very late at night, so earplugs are useful for light sleepers. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great location and rental. Everything was clean and there were extras of bathroom supplies/kitchen items that were left and available to use. Loved the neighborhood!

Great host - very communicative. Very well equipped apartment, it had everything we needed. The location was well connected to public transport. Although street parking was available, it was at times difficult to get a spot nearby to load/unload the car with kids stuff. You could also hear the apartment above, so they must also been able to hear us with the kids!

Great place!!

Absolutely loved our accommodations!! It was everything we needed for our four day race trip to SF! Location allowed for a nice 1.7 mile run to the ocean!! Host was great ! Definitely a place we would book again!

Close to beach and easy parking

I was pleasantly surprised by how close the Vrbo is to the beach. The parking was easy too as there were 3 streets with open parking the entire time! Walking distance to Walgreens and a great breakfast cafe.

The apartment in Parkside was ideal for our stay in San Francisco.The accommodation was comfortable and welcoming ,allowing us to meet up with different family members.I would highly recommend it fir a short stay in San Francisco .
