Property was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, well-furnished and included everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, and the property was in a nice neighborhood. I was well aware of the likelihood that there would be another guest on the property (downstairs). However, I was surprised with the lack of privacy. There are large windows in the dining area and double doors/windows off the kitchen, neither of which have any window coverings. The downstairs guest passed by the windows and kitchen (within very close proximity. due to the compactor nature of the properties) several times during our stay. The motion lights also activated at night several times. This was uncomfortable and left us feeling like we didn’t have privacy. The window in the upstairs bathroom also had no window covering. It does face the roof of the neighboring home. However, having the option of pulling a shade or curtain when showering would have been appreciated. I would love to have given this property a 5-star rating, and would easily do so with the addition of window coverings. If having no shades is ok with you, you will love this place!
