This home is lovely and as advertised. This location is ideal and close to all our favorite spots along Polk, Union, and Chestnut. The owner was friendly and responsive throughout our communications. We appreciated that coffee was stocked for our stay and the free washer/dryer was also helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our trip in San Fran (if I could have stayed longer, I would have!). The apartment itself is lovely! It's in great condition and the kitchen was well stocked with handy pots/pans, silverware, glasses, etc.! Great location and Evelyn was wonderful to communicate with and very helpful! Fabulous!

We wanted to stay someplace special to celebrate my son’s graduation from law school, and we found the perfect place! The property is lovely, the rooms are well appointed and clean, and the unit was spacious. The icing on the cake was the rooftop entertainment area, which had a beautiful view and had comfortable furniture. We were challenged with the entry code a couple of times, but otherwise, we had a thoroughly great time!

Lovely place

The apartment was beautiful and was perfect for our three adult couples. We. Ever felt crowded. The bad were very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The upstairs patio has a gorgeous view of the city and the grill was easy to use and it was equipped with comfortable seating. We would definitely go back again.

Excellent Spot

This was a great spot very close to Chinatown, Union Square, North Beach.. really pretty central for everything. The house was well equipped and super cozy. I loved that there was a spot to park my car, so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of finding parking- added perk for those with a car. The rooftop area was incredible for relaxing on, taking in views of the city, and getting some sunshine. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great hosting!

SFO Wedding

Well located property with plenty of space. We were in the city for a family wedding and the three bedroom apartment accommodated our family of four, including adult children, plus my mother, with room for other family to drop by and hang out. Easy walking to grocery shopping and great SFO neighbourhoods. I walked to my firm’s office downtown in about 30 minutes.Well equipped kitten with plenty of space, and large dining table for meals.I will note that this apartment is on the third floor and requires climbing stairs, including a circular star for the last flight. We were able to easily manage, but it was not something I had focused on when we made the reservation.

This place is as centrally located as you can get, in relation to things to do, see, and eat. Everything is a short trip or within walking distance. Property is clean and provides everything you need. Host is very communicable. We really enjoyed our time here.

San Francisco New Year’s vacation

Great Family Base

Evelyn’s property was perfect for our family stay over Thanksgiving. The location was great and the house was a good size for a family of 5. We also enjoyed its accessibility for driving with the garage.
