We'd like to note that all our parking spaces are of equal sizes and we do not have compact parking spaces at all. Also, we note your feedback regarding our pet-friendly policies. We strive to create a welcoming environment for all our guests, including the furry ones and we do have small dog treats/packages that we give out to guests who have registered their pets. Unfortunately, it appears you have foregone this process.Regarding your comments on the payment and refund issue, our team have decided not to honor your next reservation following the incident with your pet biting another guest. However, we believe that you have been advised by our manager that you will be refunded.
