One free dedicated spot; extra spot $25/night. Level 2 EV charger ($75 refundable deposit; electricity at PG&E rates via the charger app, no markup).

GETTING AROUND
Walking distance to downtown South San Francisco; minutes by car to SFO, BART, CalTrain, and San Francisco. CalTrain is a ~15-minute walk.

PRACTICALITIES
- Fully private: entrance, parking, and yard are yours alone
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour
- Check-in from 3 pm; checkout 11 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no parties; please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering counts as a guest
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome; no open flames or outdoor fires of any kind — other than the provided BBQ grill
- Two exterior security cameras face gates B and C — outside only
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each guest
- Stays of 3+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
