- Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited! We will be charging a fee of minimum $100 (depending of the condition of the unremovable smoke smell inside the home)

- I kindly ask you to avoid large gatherings and parties without permission, and hosting extra guests without my prior approval since extra fees may occur if not solved prior to your stay. (Extra guests, there is an extra charge of $15 per guest/ night.

- At kitchen, please use 1 appliance at a time to avoid electric tripping. Example, finish using microwave before using toaster, etc

- Quiet time is at 9PM

- Strictly No loud music at any time.

- Quiet ambiance music is allowed as long as it doesn`t bother neighbors.

- Do not bring big speakers that will disrupt neighbors.

- Do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet.

- Plumbing fee will be charged for misuse during guest stay.
