Excelente ubicacion, cerca de el muelle y facil transporte a cualquier lugar , quizas cortos de personal de aseo porque en 4 noches de estancia nunca entraron al cuarto, sin embargo no molesto porque senti mas privacidad , claroque volveria a alojarme ahi

This hotel is good if you want to be walking distance from pier 39 thats all. A plus its the parking thats it. Does not have A/C. Kind of noise outside. You can tell that the cleaning staff needs supervision they dont mind living the cleaning cart in front the elevator or that the hallways are pretty dirty. Just make your mind here is a good place if your looking for location. Our room was OK. For us was ok because it was just one night and to be able to walk around it was cool.

Para empezar la recepcion olia a marihuana y el muchacho que estaba en la recepcion se notaba que estaba super drogado , me dui por las escaleras hacia la habitacion y habia excremento en el piso, la habitacion que me dieron tenia puerta para otro cuarto y se podia escuchar todo , fui muy amablemente si me podian dar otra habitacion y no lo hicieron me dijeron que no habia mas y a mi ver habia muy pocos carros , lo que me hace pensar que solamente no quiso , ya que a la persona de la recepcion se le notaba completamente drogado

La propiedad es antigua y sin mantenimiento. Las habitaciones son limpias pero con ropa de cama rota, camas duras, y cortinas sucias. Lo positivo es que esta cerca de los muelles, de Alcatraz, restaurantes, y es tranquilo para caminar a sus alrededores.

El estacionamiento estaba lleno y no hay espacio dejé mi auto a una cuadra con riesgo a una infracción me desperté muy temprano a moverlo, La primera habitación estaba sucia, pedí la devolución de mi dinero y me respondió no hay cancelación así me la cambiarán, la otra estaba contigo un aroma desagradable y el agua del baño tenía una problema tiraba agua la regadera así que dormí escuchando como se tiraba el agua...

I sincerely apologize that your stay at our establishment was not to your full satisfaction. Our parking is indeed limited, on a space availability basis which is why we do not charge for it. Parking fee is quite expensive in this city. With regards to the room issues, if you could let us know which room you stayed in so we can have our maintenance department address the concerns you raised. This is a gated hotel, right outside pier 39, it's perfect! There is a tour bus stop right ours the gate so any safety concerns I had about the San Francisco area washed away. It's clean and the staff is really nice, too

The property was average but the location is the best we spent 4 days and out of the 4 days we drove the day we came in and the day we left we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see amazing and saved us alot of parking fees and our car was safe

The included free parking in that area of the city is a huge plus. There was nothing I did not like about the place. Nothing fancy, but I don't need or want to pay for fancy. Plus a superb location. The hotel is an easy walk from many places in the city, and other transportation is readily available. I would definitely stay there again.

The property was easily accessible, clean, and secure. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was great with comfortable beds and lots of towels. Only gripe was that I could hear neighboring guests easily through the walls and above. The lack of a bathtub was a bit of a minor gripe but the shower pressure was great and the water temperature was beautiful

Good location but the property was disgusting. They gave us room 210 at first. It was missing jealousies from the window. There was no shower curtain, the toilet was running and it smelled of mold. We noved to room 302 and the wall in thw bathroom were disgusting. What looked liked noodles, built up grime and whos knows what next to the toilet. No need for thr black light because you kust knew how gross it was. Jealousies seem to be missing thoughout the property and cannot lock the windows. Felt uncomfortable when we left for the wvening to go out to eat. Checked out a day day early as soon as we woke up.

The FLOOR in the unit was atrocious. It was hard to understand that the owner(s) would allow the room to be rented. Beyond that the inn needs some fresh paint and maintenance. Location and parking was optimal.

The bathrooms really need to be updated. The free parking with great. the staff was fantastic, location was great to be able to get around lots of dining options the rooms are a little musky overall the rooms really need to be done we're really outdated having a view would have been great instead of looking out at a brick wall

Stayed here with two kids. We felt safe with the covered parking. Very convenient walkability to Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf, cable cars, etc. Staff was very friendly. Area can be a little noisy at night.

We stayed at the penthouse for 3 days. It was very large and spacious. There is no elevator to the 4th floor so if you stay in the penthouse you will have to take the elevator to 3 and walk up the rest of the way. The location was great and included parking was very good and safe. The staff was very friendly and nice. The property itself needs a little TLC. You can tell they try but its obvious that nearly everything is outdated. Overall we had a good stay and were able to walk everywhere.

Wilbert, thank you so much for staying with us and for taking the time to leave us a review. Our penthouse unit, is the best one in the house. It was built after the original property was constructed, and unfortunately it requires a set of stairs to be accessed (we think its worth it for what it offers) We hope you found the unit to be clean and comfy and you got a chance to take in the gorgeous views from the wrap around deck. We have prioritized updating the guest rooms before the rest of the property. The pandemic has been a big hurdle in our goal of modernizing the property. Nonetheless we intend to be able to provide a more modernized experience in the future. Please visit us again the next time you're in San Francisco.

This is a 2 star property, so don't expect all the extras. The rooms need some updating and the walls are a little thin. It's walking distance to Pier 39 and 33 for Alcatraz. There are bus stops nearby so it's easy to get around town. The staff was very nice and helpful.
