I sincerely apologize that your stay at our establishment was not to your full satisfaction. Our parking is indeed limited, on a space availability basis which is why we do not charge for it. Parking fee is quite expensive in this city. With regards to the room issues, if you could let us know which room you stayed in so we can have our maintenance department address the concerns you raised. It was built after the original property was constructed, and unfortunately it requires a set of stairs to be accessed (we think its worth it for what it offers) We hope you found the unit to be clean and comfy and you got a chance to take in the gorgeous views from the wrap around deck. We have prioritized updating the guest rooms before the rest of the property. The pandemic has been a big hurdle in our goal of modernizing the property. Nonetheless we intend to be able to provide a more modernized experience in the future. Please visit us again the next time you're in San Francisco.
