“We had a great stay with our family of 10. The team from Vrbo messaged back with any of our questions in a timely manner. All the rooms were fairly large and the mini splits were in every room! We love a cold room while sleeping! Only complaint we had was the water pressure. Other than that we had a great stay.”

“This is a total sham. A con job. I did not get anything till the last day of this luxurious suite. I originally reserved a house with pool and hot tub. It was a bait and switch, never got an email confirming reservation because you all were giving me a dump of a room, not a house that I reserved. The room is very small the furniture is from the Salvation Army. I have plenty of photos to share with the bbb and all on Facebook. Never have I been treated to this level of crap by your organization....

“The facity is beautiful but it has severe repair issues and leaky roof. The apartments were flooded for two day's due to the rain and roofing issues. There was no hot water in apartment 1 and 2. The dishwasher in apartment 3 was not working properly”
