From this deposit, the final cleaning, utilities, as well as electricity and water costs will be deducted and charged separately. These services are available for an extra fee.



The detached, fully tiled house was completely renovated in spring 2023. It features shutters, insect screens, and air conditioning. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa with electric functions. The house is ideal for up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children, with one child able to sleep in the provided travel cot. Short-term sleeping on the living room sofa is possible. A children’s or baby travel cot is available. There is plenty of storage space in the closets. Towels, including beach towels, as well as sun loungers and a sunshade are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, water heater, and washing machine. For colder months, there are electric storage heaters.



The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a covered terrace, and a private outdoor area. High-speed Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, and high chair are available. There is street parking and a shared parking space. Access is via self check-in.



The central location near supermarkets, banks, and restaurants allows for short distances, yet you will stay in a quiet area to relax. A shuttle bus conveniently takes you to the beach if you prefer not to drive. On Thursdays and Saturdays, you’ll find fresh produce at the local weekly market. Two swimming pools are quickly accessible.



Towels and bed linen are provided. Dishes and pots are available for daily use.
