This luxury townhouse comprises of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge and dining room, fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and a utility room. The ground floor bathroom is very convenient for wet pool and sandy sea goers! The south-east facing outdoor patio area is ideal for some quiet relaxation. The communal pool is just a few meters walk away, shared with a handful of villas in our small 'community'.

Roda Golf & Beach Resort is located near the shores of the Mediterranean, just 1.5 km from a unique, natural environment of calm, shallow waters that make up the Mar Menor.
