“This was our 4th trip to CR, and we have stayed in a different VRBO each time. This was the least-expensive home we have stayed in. While not luxurious, it was welcoming and comfortable. The gardens are stunning. My husband is a "pacer," and he spent lots of time strolling through the gorgeous hydrangeas, birds of paradise, etc. Hummingbirds and butterflies also enjoy the gardens. “Casa Peces is like a Private Resort. Except for some minor repairs I have no complaints. The only reason I gave it a 4-Star is because there was no Air Conditioner and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. The fans are kinda noisy. ”

“My family of six had LOTS of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to locations we were visiting in the city. We appreciated the grocery and quick meal options nearby, within a short walking distance. On check-in the cleaning was still in progress so maybe not everything was complete. The floors were swept but not mopped, they were fairly dirty. The table needed to be wiped. Some of the dishes were not fully cleaned from previous use. With that said, we enjoyed it very much...

“Emilio is a wonderful host!! He was prompt with all communication even before our actual trip. The home is beautiful! It met well beyond our expectations. The kitchen was huge and accommodating for our 8 guests. Each room had its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy. The beds were so comfortable. Bismarck the guard/keeper of the property was so wonderful, helpful and kind! I would most definitely visit this home again when I’m Coata Rica. All of us loved it!!!!”

“The stay is completely as advertised. Stylish and modern. Literally right next door is a vegan eatery and two steps beyond that is another eating establishment. Even if that wasn’t the case Ubereats works well and it’s so close to multiple food places that you have plenty of options. A train does run but it takes maybe 2-3 seconds to pass so by the time you say I hear the train it has already passed by. Super secure. Front gate locks, front door locks.
