“Renovating in progress interfered with some things, like the bathroom by the pool area not open, and kitchen not having all the menu items for the breakfast meal. No food available after 2:00 pm. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant serving through the dinner meal hours. Floors in my room looked very dull and needed waxing. Hot water not working properly in the shower. “The staff was not friendly a girl stole money and gold from my room. Although they have cctv the picture was horrible couldn't see her face. The room was horrible very old. The pool was excellent but a charge of100 php per person. We had to leave after one week because of conditions and staff i do not recommend that place”

“The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage.
