Peaceful Studio in Los Yoses

The apartment is a studio for one or two people. It has a dining and living area, a kitchen and large bathroom. It is located in a very convenient area of the city with restaurants and supermarkets very close by.

The space
The apartment is part of a complex of 8 apartments built in an old and remodeled house. It has excellent lighting. You have access to the laundry area at no extra cost, this area is shared with the other tenants.

Guest access guests have access to the shared laundry room that has a washer and dryer, they have the right to use it 3 times a week

Other things to note
The apartment will be delivered clean and we take care of the final cleaning of the stay but for guests staying more than a week, we appreciate that they take out the trash on the indicated days.

For reservations that are made less than 24 hours before check-in, please confirm the check-in time before booking as we always try to be flexible with our guests and if they asked for a check out later than 10 am, there may be a conflict of hours.
