“This place advertises premium bedding and is FAR from that. The master bed is so worn out it has a swell in the middle and is so uncomfortable. The other bed is similar to sleeping on the floor. The toilet & towel racks in the restroom are 1 second away from falling off the wall. The place is very unkept but has potential. “Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund...
