It's also has an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom, as well as living room, dining room and a balcony where you can chill out.

All other spaces beside the bedroom that has Air Conditioner, it's equipped with high speed ceiling fans (kitchen, dining room and living room) and at the balcony there is a floor solar fan.
So if you want to be where the action is and only 2 minutes from the beach and steps.to the popular and trendy Loiza st., I offer you this nice, ample and comfy house!

I also have 2 other small studio units, one at the right side of the house and the other at the left side of the house; by the way, this unit at the left side, can be added to the 1b/1b house to be converted to a 2b/2b house unit, in case that you want or need more space.

Always looking for people that will considerate not making noises at sleeping hours, that can bother other guests and me that live in the 2nd floor, but I go to sleep pretty late.
