  • Updated home 30 minutes from the airport. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs and air conditioners with separate temperature controls. Full kitchen with stove stocked with all the essentials you would need to make you feel at home.

    The house is located in Brisas del Mar, Luquillo. Only 5-10 minutes to local beaches and 15 minutes to the rain forest or Fajardo. It has a great view of El Yunque and slight view of the ocean, all from the spacious backyard. Located in a quiet neighborhood you can experience the real Puerto Rico and be close to any stores that you would need.

Perfect location to so many amazing beaches and adventures. It quickly felt like home. We were all very comfortable and the house has many items that were helpful to us, like coolers, beach toys, snorkels, games, etc. It was a very quiet and safe place to be. We are already planning to return here next year,

My family and i had the most wonderful experience during our stay . The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out , very clean and it quite literally felt like home away from home.

My family had a fantastic time in Puerto Rico and this property was an awesome home base. It was clean and comfy and I love that the kids all had their own beds. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and felt very safe. During our stay we had a slight medical issue and between the host and the house manager, we felt totally supported and we got things taken care of. It is about a 15 min walk to a beautiful beach with a bakery nearby. So close to so many beaches and the Luquillo Kiosks - it really was a great location. I definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay. Fully stocked, everything we needed and more. Good location, host was an angel sent by God. Sweet, cheerful, available, willing to assist in every way. Full of great recommendations for us. Will definitely stay her again.

Absolutely perfect getaway spot. Super friendly neighbors made us feel comfortable and safe during the bad weather, and Jeremy was super responsive and helpful through the entire trip.

It was great having a washer and dryer, and being in a peaceful neighborhood. The parking was convenient and the ac worked well. The instruction letter for the property was helpful, and I found having information about local shops and restaurants useful. The home was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The outside seating areas were adequate for our needs.

SUPER WOW the listing indicate that this house was fully stock and it does meant what it advertised.This property is very close to a pletora of beaches and marinas of the north east of PR. The house air condition worked to it best the neighborhood was very quiet wish I enjoy the most, all the beds were super confortable,the house keeper was very friendly.I will keep this property on check for any future booking. All my guest were very satisfied with the house.

My family of six (including my 3 children and elderly mother) loved staying here! Luquillo was our favorite city during our 2 week stay in Puerto Rico and this property was perfect for us. The location was great...close to grocery stores, restaurants and fast food. The kioskos and beach were right near by. The house is very comfortable, very clean, and the air conditioners all worked great. The house was very well stocked with all necessary kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies plus so much more! My elderly mother says thank you for having beach chairs to bring to the beach and my kids say thank you for having sand toys for them to borrow! There were so many little things like that which made us enjoy staying here. Even the next door neighbor was kind and let us borrow boogie boards for the day.We wish we would've planned to stay here longer but hopefully next time.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Slice of paradise in Luiquillo

Easy to follow instructions and house is conveniently located near everything your going to need. Very clean and most importantly safe. We will be running back here to stay again!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and spacious, just right for the 5 of us but could definitely fit a few more people. I enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic table in the mornings and walking to the panderia a few blocks away. It took 5 minutes to get to the beach and the outdoor shower was great for cleaning off the sand before going inside. It's a beautiful home in a great location!

Trial retirement

Loved the property and the area. El Yunque was great as well as Liquillo beach. One of our favorite things was the rescue dog next door; Playa Blanco. She was so sweet.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is just amazing - walking distance to a gym, grocery store and restaurant. Everything else is in a very close proximity. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place & excellent location!

Everything was great! Very clean and kitchen was stacked with everything you can imagine from condiments to utensils, place settings & pots & pans. Bathrooms were very clean & great water pressure, plenty of toiletries. It really felt like home. So close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful home! Will definitely stay there again! Perfect

I loved this house. Spacious and open layout. Modern but with a touch of charm. Perfect location and close to everything from beaches, shops and food. I highly recommended. Literally 5 min drive to beach and everything else. My 4 year old had a blast. Private and residential neighborhood. Friendly neighbors.

Home away from home

This is our second time here. It literally is home away from home. The house is super clean, hot water, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor seating area; we only have to bring our clothes. Beach towels and chairs are available. We stay a week at a time. This is a safe neighborhood, great location. It is a 5 min drive to the beach, food, casino, and night life. I highly recommend!
