Not that great

This place needs a remodel. The pictures make it look better than what it seems. One shower is gross. The other shower looks like you need shower shoes to get in it. The beds aren’t comfortable. The floors are stained/dirty and we woke up with the living room with water on the floors from the AC/split unit leaking. I will say the rental company did replace the tv that was destroyed from the AC leak and they did clean up the water. But overall we weren’t happy with the look of the unit. I was told by the maintenance guy that the pictures weren’t updated of the place.

Condado Beach Apartment

This property feels like a college dorm suite. Very institutional. The windows are not glass, just very thin plastic. You will hear EVERYTHING from the street below all night. The floor throughout is old school linoleum and did not feel very clean. The location is convenient to the beach and shopping.

Convenient and all basics needed

We loved the four bedroom size of the apartment and the location. The amenities and the furniture are very basic, but probably a good value for the price. The hosts were very responsive.

Our 1st visit to PR staying in San Juan.

Celebrating a special birthday, my 5 adult children and I visited San Juan for the 1st time on a 4 day weekend. The apartment's 6 beds accommodated everyone with their own bed (no bunkbeds). The front desk attendants were helpful. This location is very close to many restaurants & shops in a short walking distance... including drug store and a Walmart. (We highly recommend The Oyster Shack at 1104 Magdalena Ave. It has Excellent food with a special cocktail bar upstairs.) We felt very safe walking around the area at night! An uber dropped us off in Old San Juan for a long, wonderful day of much sightseeing. We also enjoyed the national park with fun natural waterfall-slides. We would love to visit again, with so much more to see!

Not a great time

I was not impressed with our stay here. The pictures in the listing did not match the actual apartment. The bathrooms were not very clean - the smallest one's shower was very gross. The location was not ideal - you could hear every single thing that went on outisde, including the construction that would start at 5 am and the people that partied all night. The biggest issue was getting in touch with the property manager for the check in process - I did not hear from them prior to the day we had to check so I reached out to get the check in information. The manager did not get back to us that day (sent several messages and called several times) and got back to us hours before check in. Even after filling out check in forms, it took way too long to get a hold of the code for the building and apartment. VRBO was very helpful navigating this situation but I would not stay at this apartment again. Not worth what we paid.

Helpful staff & close to restaurants and shopping

The unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The unit was only a few blocks from the beach, groceries and many restaurants. The onsite staff for the building was responsive for any needs from extra supplies to beach towels. Our family of 11 was comfortable.

From bad to worse

1. A/C did not work in master2. Terrible check in process3. Very dirty floors4. Plastic windows - not glass - very loud5. Showers not clean6. Master shower broken7. Very cheap, uncomfortable mattresses8. Third bathroom is unusable.

Perfect location and hospitality

We stayed at this property during an incredibly difficult time following the passing of my spouse. The kindness and care we received from the staff were beyond anything we could have hoped for. They were so supportive and accommodating, especially as we navigated the uncertainty of how long we would need to stay while making arrangements to return my spouse to the States. The property itself is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore and find moments of peace during a challenging time. Beyond that, the staff’s readiness to help those visiting for vacation stood out—they were knowledgeable about all the best spots to visit in Puerto Rico and went above and beyond to ensure guests had a memorable stay. We are so grateful for their compassion and hospitality. This is a place that truly cares about its guests, whether they’re here for joy-filled travels or moments of difficulty. Highly recommend. Awesome Property; Excellent Location

I booked this property for family and friends joining me on my annual vacation to Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 15 years and typically staying in one of the resorts. This was my first time staying at this property and This property did not disappoint! It is very convenient to Condado Beach and also the main strip (Ashford Ave) with all of the restaurants and shops. The place was very clean, comfortable, well lit, and spacious! We had no issues and will definitely book again for regular stays.

My trip

Very centrally located. The rides to all main attractions were within 10 mins. Host is super informative and accessible. We felt extremely safe and would love to restay at this 4 bedroom apartment.

Great location

This apartment was perfect for our group. We had plenty of space for everyone to not be cramped. The host was extremely commutative and responded quickly when I sent a message. The location was ideal and was within walking distance of restaurants and the beach.

Great location

This property was located in the heart of everything in San Juan. Everything was walkable. The property had enough space for 2 families of 4 to stay with everyone in a bed. The property worked well for our needs.
