Amazing Views!

We will be dreaming of this place for years to come. Amazing views, beach access and restaurants. Great location for adventures to El Yunque, Farjardo and neighboring islands.

Our new destination

This trip has been one of the best for destinations that is new to us. We normally vacation in Florida but now I believe we have found our new vacation spot.

The views from the condo were amazing! The only down side was there was only 1 folk in the kitchen, other than that no complaints!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay was great! The location was perfect (close to everything) with a beautiful view of the ocean. Alfredo was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Positive experience

I would definitely rebook this place. Property was in a secured safe gate community that had lots to offer to add to your visit & very friendly staff. Loved the views of the beach & hearing the waves crash just few away. Left with total island vibes thanks to this place.

Great Apartment

The apartme was gorgeous and the view was great. The only thing that worry me was the window. I feel there has to be some type of guard rail. Otherwise, everything was great.

I will be back

Love the location and all the amenities! The view was a dream! I will definitely make this a year tradition! Kids were able to have their own space! We had movie nights as it comes with all the streaming channels! Only thing but I thought it was great as I loved the view but we kids i will suggest to have some curtain as the apartment is so beautiful and bright that at 5:20 am you will wake up! It worked out perfectly for us as we were able to do more with our time!

They had coffee supplies so it made it easier for me in the morning!

I had an absolute wonderful stay at your condo! It was spotless and just as you described it with the most incredible views of the ocean. My only complaint was the lack of communication at the end of our stay. I messaged Alfredo a few times for some last minute questions for check out and I was completely ignored. Thankfully it wasn't a huge deal, but it very much gave a "I got your money now I'm done with you" vibe.

Luquillo stay

This property was well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4 adults. The beach chairs were great to have along with the easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, however, the eating utensils were quite limited in number, with one per person. One set of keys was limiting for 4 adults who wanted to do different things at times, and another set of keys would have been helpful. The owner was very responsive to our communication when we had questions/needs. We enjoyed our stay and hope we can return.

This place is amazing. The views are breathtaking, that never get old during your stay here. Alfredo has a beautiful, clean beach condo. He has all the things you will need to enjoy your stay. Great location to restaurants and other things you may need during your stay. We will be back, thank you for letting g us enjoy your space, Alfredo.

Host communication efficient, timely. Condo unit was clean and had everything we needed to have a satisfying stay. what you see is what you get. The building is secure. The view was outstanding. We plan to visit again.

Lovely apartment with great view and ocean sounds! Employees were also very kind and helpful. Good nearby restaurants in luquillo and Fajardo. The beach was great even during off season.
