I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in San Juan. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and well-organized. The host Mr. Jose, was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure I had all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very well-maintained. It had all the amenities I could ask for, and everything worked perfectly. The space felt safe, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting San Juan—it truly exceeded my expectations.

The overall stay was okay. The apartment was fairly clean, bed and pillows were a bit hard. It’s located in a gated community which give the feeling of safety but is only ideal if you have a rental car. The neighborhood felt safe. We even walked from the Main Street to the apartment and felt okay. I wish I had done more research about the location as I thought things were closer based on the description. T-Mobile District is 25-30 mins away driving, Condado Beach 23mins, Old San Juan is 30-35 mins. Uber can’t come directly to the apartment since they would need to call the host to open the gate so if you’re taking uber you’ll need to meet them at the front (7 mins walk max).The host is not very responsive, the only message I got from him was the pre arrival. Messaged him several times throughout the stay but never got a response. The gate code didn’t work upon check in, I called but no answer, so had to get out of the uber and figured out getting in then walked to the apartment. There is a remote that opens the main gate, since we were leaving at 5am I wanted to arrange getting out since I didn’t want to risk heading to the gate with the hope someone was leaving at that hour and I could go through. I messaged the host from the night before so we could decide on what to do, there was never a response so I decided to take the remote and left it at the gate and send him a picture. There is no pedestrian walk through for the gate so the remote is always needed to go through.

It was hard to get into the gated community. Very Hard.The message sent with gate codes did not work. The gate codes did not work. After an hour wait, someone finally cane and opened the gate. Once inside the apartment there was a remote control to open the gate.The internet system needed to be re-booted.AC worked good. Had a TV. Bathroom had hot water.I would have given a better rating had the place been available on time and had correct gate codes.

Jose was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of our needs. If there was even an inkling of an issue, he was there promptly! I would definitely recommend renting a car if you stay at this property, but that is 100% worth it. I would definitely stay here again and you cannot beat this price!

The place was comfortable & inviting. There was a lot of rain during our stay so sometimes it affected the water pressure but we adjusted. Our limited to no Spanish was an issue which we should address before returning - hard to speak to Uber drivers or ask questions of people nearby.

Considering the prices of hotels in San Juan, this place is very affordable. It offers free parking, hot water, Wi-Fi, a Roku TV, Air conditioner, a microwave, a fridge, and a kitchen. Very recommend

It was in a gated community. It was an ok stay the bed was horrible it was like sleeping on the floor! Everything else was fine! It was in the ghetto tho!

What I loved was the great pressure and hot water. Have available air conditioner, microwave, fridge, comfortable bed, internet, tv with Roku. Was about to watch Netflix. No problem getting into the apt. Very easy to find. Highly recommend.

Left a lot to be desired.

This place is very deceiving. Location is a gated community that is a little run down. The gate instructions were not very clear and a hassle to try to figure out while in an Uber. Room is actually more like a converted garage, attached to the house with no address on it,making it hard to identify. The room appeared like someone lived in it and leaves when you show up. There was foods in the fridge and even a frozen bottle of water that was thawing out in the fridge, so it must have been put in there recently. Booked for 2 people and they had 1 new towel and 2 new washcloths in the room with another towel hanging on a drying rack like it had already been used. Shower had used louffa and shower gel bottle in it which had me concerned if the place had been cleaned since last usage. Carpet on floors in room also looked like they needed a good cleaning. Lots of hair throughout the whole unit from floors to sink. I would not recommend staying here unless it's your last resort. If you only need to sleep somewhere it will suffice. The overall width of this unit is at max 10 feet wide and there is only one light switch in the bedroom that is for kitchen as well. The dividing wall between the 2 rooms has a significant gap so the light from the kitchen shines right in the bedroom. Rental properties need to start being required to have a virtual tour of these places do customers can have a honest view of what their renting!
