Guests have the entire apartment to themselves — full privacy from the moment you arrive. Check-in is a breeze with our self check-in lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule, no coordination needed.



Other Things to Note:

Apto 787 is located in a classic older building with character — please note it is not a brand new construction. Private parking is included with your stay and street parking is also available nearby. Out of respect for neighbors, parties and events are not permitted.



As with all properties in Puerto Rico, our apartment runs on local public utilities (LUMA for electricity and AAA for water). While we do everything we can to ensure a seamless stay, occasional service interruptions by these providers can happen island-wide and are beyond our control. WiFi is also provided as a courtesy and is subject to provider availability. We appreciate your understanding as these situations do not qualify for reservation modifications or refunds — it's just part of the island experience!
