The condo was as you see it pictures. Clean, very spacious, easy to get to from the airport for a group of 6 adults. Instructions getting in was good. Just know that you need to use the key fob to get into the doors and elevator. The location is in the busy part of the daytime and night time life of locals and tourists.. It can be loud, but wasn’t a problem for us. You can walk to the beach in a minute or two. Unfortunately, it was raining and we were unable to go to the beach due to time restraints. We spent just one night as we flew in a day early to take a cruise the following morning. They’re are so many restaurants to chose from. We ate Mofongo. The atmosphere, service, food, and drinks were all excellent. The only suggestion we as a group of 6 thought was definitely it needs new towels. Our host was easy to converse with during the entire process. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sergio

The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing. Location was great with lots of restaurants near by and close to the beach. The furnishings were updated and the beds were comfortable. We had a few communication hiccups, but it didn't affect our getting into the place. The apartment itself showed it's age.

Our stay started out quite stressful. The host notified me day of that the parking included in the listing wasn’t going to be available. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because parking was included. No responsibility by the host was taken and no alternate parking was provided. This is in a downtown area where parking is very expensive and come to find out, parking tickets are as well.The other issue we had was that 1 of the 2 toilets wouldn’t flush. The other toilet would barely flush solids. Not great when you have 3 couples staying. The host said that he would send someone by to fix it, but I can’t verify that anyone actually stopped by because the toilet was never fixed.Outside of those issues, the location is great, the place was pretty clean, ac worked very well, plenty of towels and beach chairs are provided. The bathroom doors were in rough shape and it was impossible to open or close them without making very loud noises. The kitchen has recently been redone, so that is very nice.

Sad disappointment

Terrible location. Apartment was dirty with hairs on the toilet and bathroom sink counter. The main bedroom had a door locking the balcony was a pencil. The walls were extremely dirty and there was a dead roach next to the dining table. The bathroom sink was dirty and the shower head sprayed the entire mirror and bathroom wall. The vents were filthy. There was grime and hair all over the bathroom floors. Total disappointment even if it was for one night. There was no noise barrier from the outside and the balcony in the main bedroom. It was sold as an apartment in Hato Rey, it was in the middle of El Condado the bad part. Never again.

Close to the beach and restaurants

The apartment was very close to the beach and surrounding restaurants. The apartment was clean and had everything you may need for your stay near the beach. But, pack towels because you may run through the ones provided.

Graduation Celebration

The property was as described. It is in a great location. We had a rental the first day but returned it as we had plenty of options within walking distance. The beach, restaurants, and shopping are within walking distance. Property manager very responsive. More than one key would make it easier for individuals to explore separately, but with one key, someone has to be available to open the door if someone leaves.

Great Location, Good Communication w/ Prop Mngr-That's It

Good location, restaurants everywhere, beach access is a one minute walk. The unit overall is ok, but needs repairs and general cleanliness..window in bdrm near kitchen is horrifically filthy, kept the shades down just not to see it. You will hear the music and the people in the street below, so if you are looking for peace and quiet at night, this unit is not for you. Missing bathroom cabinet door, they left the hinges, and there is no caddy in the shower so all soaps and shampoo's etc, will be on the floor. The iron was scratched underneath and ripped my sister's blouse. There is a hole in the 2nd bedroom wall where they possibly ran wires, but never closed. The wall at the windows edge in the dinning room is chipped/broken. The washer drawer to put in the detergent is blocked by the mirrored sliding doors, you will have a big mess. If you do not care about some deterioration, then this unit might be for you. The property manager was awesome with communication, he gets 5 stars!

Great Location for San Juan, Puerto Rico Adventure

Great Location for Condado! Close to Hotels, Casinos, clubs and restaurants. Condo was very nice, but could use some small things to make vacation better. 1) need more than one FOB for entrance into building. Having to leave in lockbox outside is not optimal. 2) need instructions for using stove, tv’s, ac and checkin. 3) some hangers in closets would be helpful. 4) exterior building is in bad shape post hurricanes.

Our stay was great.

Our experience was really good. A little difficulty getting the key/fob initially, but the property manager was great and walk us through it. Condo was very inviting, clean and what was presented in pictures. Difficulty using induction stove initially. There was no real temperature control. Leak from sink in master bedroom. Very noisy at night. Easy access to sites. All and all, pretty decent stay.

Fun Neighborhood!

If you want to be able to be steps from the beach, and able to walk to great restaurants this is an awesome location. Ashford Avenue is full of life, so the fan in the bedroom facing the Avenue was great for white noise. The other bedrooms could hear the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped as we chose to cook and eat breakfast in the apartment. Check-in instructions are sent the afternoon of check-in, but it didn't matter as they are simple to follow. I would recommend downloading the VRBO app as it makes communication easier. Bath and beach towels were plentiful. One negative, we couldn't control the air temperature in the apartment, but we contacted the owner and he had it adjusted for us. If you go to the beach near the apartment, you will be able to rent an umbrella and lounge chairs from a local guy. The casino a few doors down always had taxis waiting, which was great the couple of times we wanted a larger vehicle for our group of 6.

Nice week in Condado

This property is clean, nice size for a family of 5. If you want to be right on Ashford Ave then the location is perfect and walking to the many restaurants and beach is easy! Our biggest issue was the lack of any type of check in/check out instructions. We received our “check in” a little after 4 with a picture of a electrical pole located outside the property where the keys are located in a lockbox (with a code). And a picture of the WiFi password. These instructions were confusing. A simple email would have been useful. Once in the condo, there was no directions on how to use the TV, stove or AC. Also, one very important detail was not revealed either...that there was only one set of fob/keys for the apartment which means if one person leaves you either had to go down stairs to let them in or lock keys back in lockbox. A hassle. A welcome email with these instructions should be available to all renters.

Awesome week in San Juan

Excellent location. Steps from the beach. Clean secure property with comfortable layout. Great communication with property manger. Only drawback is one of the bedrooms faced Ashford Street and was quite loud. Nobody fault, It's a busy area (even with the curfew). Other than that everything was better than expected.

Excellent Location and Great Stay

Apartment was as advertised and had a view of the beach which is only steps away. Property manager was very responsive! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again!
