  • Nuestro CondoTowers está ubicado en la mejor zona de Isla Verde. El condominio es uno de los más bonitos de la zona y cuenta con múltiples instalaciones para disfrutar, excelente seguridad y excelente mantenimiento. Nuestro apartamento estudio ha sido remodelado de una manera moderna y lujosa. ¡Todo es nuevo! El edificio cuenta con una piscina semiolímpica, piscina para niños, gimnasio (solo gimnasio a largo plazo), baloncesto y cancha de tenis. Acceso directo a la playa (sin caminar). Ofrecemos un espacio de estacionamiento sin cargo (es necesario reservar). En caso de que no tenga un automóvil, hay una parada de autobús justo frente a nosotros.

Excellent choice ! All was exactly as advertised, clean, beautiful view , fully equipped, beach accessible. They even provide beach chairs and parasol. We had a great time!

My stay

Great location directly across the street from restaurants and stores.. The condo was wonderfully placed on the beach with a great pool… if you don’t mind traffic noise it’s a great place to stay definitely

All as described and clean. Host Frances is very communicative and helpful.Very convenient location. Walk to Mini-mart and fast food places. Short distance to the Fairmount for fine dining, casino and night club.This area is near the airport and busy so there's noise all around but fairly quiet inside the rental. I sleep with ear plugs so it was manageable.Will most likely rent again from this host. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great location, right on the beach! Walkable neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. The owner was great with communication and provided beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and even a cooler for a perfect beach day.

Perfection

Great location and great amenities. We did not have a car and there’s plenty that do within walking distance. 10 minute uber to Old San Juan. Really a wonderful place to stay!

wonderful experience

this was a great place to stay ! couldn't ask more for location. lots of places to eat all around within walking distance, CVS across the street, bus stop beside condo. very clean and the manager was always available an very friendly.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property. The check in process was very accommodating as we arrived at 3am. The building security staff was welcoming and swift. The property itself was clean and there was easy access to the beach and pool. We would stay here again. Thank you!

My birthday

When pulling up, the building looks a bit dated, but it is clean and rather nice. This apartment looks just like the pictures. It was clean and had all you need. There are beach towels, chairs, kitchen needs, and all. We had a wonderful stay.

I loved the cozy, clean studio and the entire property! It was an ideal location steps from the beach and pool. The view from the balcony was great! The owner was delightful. I look forward to staying there in the future. Susan A.

The place was clean, family friendly and stocked well with things you wouldn't expect. The beach chairs, iron and cooler were right on time, thank you. The beach towels, beach toys and bug spray was nice as well. Check in was easy peasy. The only problem we had there was a smoke alarm going off 4 doors down for over 15 hours. It was annoying but nothing the owner could help. She did contact the condo to reach the owners of that unit. It was turned off the next day. It just made for an uncomfortable evening & a bad nights sleep. The pool and beach was great! Everyone was kind and helpful. Its in a good location with a ton of restaurants, activities and stores. I did not like the cleaning insurance fee at 60 or we could lose a huge deposit. It just seemed like a way to get free money. Overall we had a very nice time. Thank you Frances for being a great, attentive host.
