  • Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Unique and tranquil 2 bedroom Beachfront getaway located at the Wyndham Rio Mar Golf & Beach Resort. Part of a 500-acre resort community bordered by El Yunque National Forest, two golf courses and the magnificent Atlantic Ocean filled with amenities for all guests including pools*, a mile long beach, restaurants/lounges, tennis courts, walking/bike trails, fitness center, spa, casino, water sports rentals and more. Just 35 minutes from San Juan!!!

    *We DO NOT guarantee access to the hotel pools; only the pools located at the Ocean Villas.
    **Some onsite recreational activities such as golf, tennis, spa, salon, rentals, gym, etc. carry additional fees.
    There is assigned parking for one car at the villa. Additional parking depending on availability. No parties, events or gatherings of any kind, THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY AT ANY GIVEN TIME IS THE SAME NUMBER OF PAYNG GUESTS LISTED IN THE BOOKING, it is not ok to bring friends or family that are not part of your booking, the property is for lodging and enjoyment of its guests, it's not a clubhouse. The location is fantastic. Overlooking two pools with the beach just steps beyond. There is s walking path to the resort next door which not only leads to the beachfront bar but provides a great place for a walk or run. Ten minutes to multiple great local restaurants. Highly recommend.

Truly a great spot

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great layout and fabulous view. Loved the easy access to the beach and pools. Our favorite spot was the deck and there are two of them!

Amazing, peaceful escape

The place was fabulous! Immaculate, two balconies, amazing view. Short walk to many great restaurants. Beds were comfortable, had everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay and easy communication with hosts who checked in frequently.

Excellent family vacation spot

It has everything you need for a greatFamily vacation- proximity to the beach, pool, and restaurants all within line of sight from the residence yet much more private on the condo side than the hotel. It feels like you are staying in the rain forest with the sounds you hear each evening. The resort grounds cant be beat- excellently manicured and expansive. And the unit itself is recently updated and comfortable.

Wonderful vill

This place was amazing! It was immaculate. Looked just like the pictures. We called this our home for 10 days and this villa had everything we needed. Property manager was available promptly whenever we needed anything. Definitely recommend. The resort has great food and the beach is beautiful! Didn’t want to leave.

Loved everything about this place and would definitely return! The condo was in perfect condition and had everything you could need including beach towels and chairs. The beds, bathroom, and furniture were all in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked and there is a Nespresso coffee maker so grab some pods when you pick up groceries. There is not a traditional oven but there are a couple of large toaster ovens and the microwave may have been a combined convection oven but I'm not sure - the only thing we cooked was eggs (in a good fry plan - something I don't usually find in rentals). The condo is on the second floor overlooking the main pool. Our weather wasn't perfect so we spent a lot of time on the balcony reading and relaxing. A paved path along the beach takes you to the resort next door where you can grab a drink, eat, or take the shuttle up to the restaurant at the Golf Clubhouse - Iguana's - highly recommend! The owner/manager was great - texted a few times to check in and make sure everything was going well.

Fantasy Location And Great Manager

The management team sent over all the pertinent information we would need in advance of check in and it was just as they said which made things very easy for us. We were traveling with our three sons ages 2 to 20. This property is a situation where the pictures don’t do it enough justice. The unit was well furnished and had an incredible view of the pool area and beach. Speaking of the beach it’s practically a private beach that is very family friendly. You can walk to the Wyndham/Margaritaville next door (it’s all one giant resort property) and getting in and out of the resort is very easy and you’re close to markets, El Yunque, the kiosks, and pretty much anything you want. Would stay here again for sure and highly recommend this to anyone.

This is a beautiful place and location. The view is stunning. The condo is clean modern fully equipped. There were even boogie boards our children enjoyed riding in the surf.The host Francisco (Frank) was very available although because there is absolutely nothing wrong or missing we never had to contact him. It is great to be next to the large hotel to walk over to restaurants, but the fact that guests don't come here to this condo Villa complex means the pools are basically empty and quiet as is the beach immediately in front. Its seclusion right next to a big hotel vibe if you want to walk over there. Fantastic mix. Easy to San Juan and the rain forest. Don't drive up the rain forest take tour the road is curvy.Luquino is full of great local on the beach restaurant feeland locals beach has no surf if you've got small children. However you've got a pool right in front of you that is easier. You hear ocean surf and tree frogs at night.It was easy to get golf even though you're not staying at the hotel, same was true as their conceirge was happy to book our rain forest tour.We stayed and put our 3 boys in another condo on the same floor. But it to me that empty other room is set up so great if two couples wanted to share the place. One bedroom and bath is on one side of the living kitchen area and the other one the opposite, plus s shut off by a sliding door for privacy. There are two separate entrances so it would work great.This place is wonderful.Michael Boston MA
