Our stay was a complete disappointment.When we arrived, there were about twenty bags of restaurant and bar trash piled directly in front of the exterior door to our rental, sitting just inches from the entrance. It was incredibly unsanitary and also a clear fire hazard. I contacted the host and was told it was the restaurant’s responsibility and that nothing could be done. This could have easily been handled by staff, but no one was willing to help.Then the water went out. I am a well-traveled and understanding person, and I know Puerto Rico experiences water and power outages due to infrastructure issues. We notified the host and were told it was a city outage, which we understood. However, within four to five hours, water was restored to our block. I confirmed this by speaking with neighbors. Our building, however, did not regain water service for nearly another full day, leaving us without water for approximately 48 hours.What made this even more frustrating was the lack of urgency from the host. No one was sent to check on the issue until the following afternoon. Once a handyman finally arrived, the water was restored within two hours. This clearly shows the issue could have been addressed much sooner. Leaving guests without water for an entire day before even investigating the problem is unacceptable.On top of all of this, it is nearly impossible to reach anyone at this rental company by phone. Calls simply ring without answer.
