We stayed in this unit for two nights. When we checked in, the room smelled very musty, there was one washcloth for two people, one of the lamps was found to be broken, and the pillows smelled bad to the point where we could not use them. I sent a message to the hostess, she said that she would send somebody over with wash cloths and new pillows, but they never came. I texted her again to tell her that we haven’t received them, she said she thought the cleaning crew would leave them, but that she would get them over to us. Nevertheless, they did not arrive. The second morning we woke up and there was condensation on the ceiling, and it was dripping onto the bed. We followed all the instructions about leaving doors and windows closed. And ran the air conditioners for our stay, so I’m not sure what’s wrong with the ventilation in the room, but when the ceiling is dripping on you, and there is other evidence of water damage, that’s a problem that needs to be addressed. The pool was nice and the unit was cute, but in this condition isn’t even habitable.
