Decorado con buen gusto y con gran atención a los detalles, nuestro apartamento Chef's Delight lo coloca en una ubicación privilegiada a poca distancia de lo mejor que Condado tiene para ofrecer.

El edificio tiene seguridad 24/7.

A menos de 15 minutos del aeropuerto, puede estar en el océano menos de 45 minutos después de que su avión aterrice.

Tenemos 1 espacio de estacionamiento dedicado disponible.

El edificio tiene acceso directo a la playa, que está a 25 metros de la puerta del vestíbulo. Hay una piscina climatizada de tamaño completo y una piscina para niños. También está a poca distancia a pie de restaurantes, que ofrecen desde comidas locales hasta pizzas, sushi y asadores. Los supermercados (también abiertos 24/7) también están cerca.

Si su visita es para turismo médico, la propiedad está a pocos pasos del Hospital y Centro Médico Presbiteriano.

Aunque puede encontrar todo a una corta distancia a pie, hay paradas de autobús en Ashford Avenue muy cerca del edificio que tiene autobuses que van hasta el Viejo San Juan, por lo que definitivamente es posible unas vacaciones sin automóvil.

Great location!

We had a great time here. The location was great. The owner left a few groceries for us for when we arrived. There was chairs, towels, and umbrellas for the beach.

Location, Location, Location!

This apartment was a great way to end our visit to PR. The check-in process was seamless. The apartment has everything you need. They even included food essentials to get us started. The location is probably the best part. It’s close to beaches, restaurants, parks, you name it! It’s a gem!

Perfect Location!

Loved the the space and we were within walking distance to so many places and/or a 15 min uber drive to every where else. Highly recommend!

Chef's Delight

Nice VRBO in a good location. Easy to either walk or UBER to where we needed to go. The kitchen was beautiful and supplied with all necessities. There was bread, cheese, bananas, cereal, oatmeal, milk and juice, and other beverages provided which was so helpful since we did not get to the grocery store immediately. Nice pool area and stretch of beautiful beach was just beyond the pool.

Building is in tough shape.

We had a very pleasant stay and our host was a great communicator. The building has all kinds of rules but don’t worry about the pieces falling off the building, just make sure you don’t break a rule.

Nice Apartment at very convenient location.

Nice Apartment, close to restaurants and other amenities; very convenient access to beach. Building is little dated; also needs some maintenance done due to the hurricane damage. Good communication with the rental agency.

Great host and property

This was by far my best experience with renting a property. I needed a kitchen to do some baking and it was perfect and well appointed kitchen. Great location also. We got in late on a Sunday and were thrilled to find a bag of coffee, milk eggs and other essentials provided for us; so nice to sleep in and not have to run out for groceries early in the morning. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Great Nest

Loved the unit, amazing kitchen.... sorry we weren't ready to cook on vacation but I would of loved to have spent time cooking in it. All was great... communication was very good and quick. no problems with the unit. Would return!

great spot, great host

This unit was a perfect spot for me and my three teen daughters. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, the pool and beach right downstairs was super convenient. The building is located in a happening, safe and very walkable area of san juan. We happened to lose power for a full day during the week for somekind of upgrade but Judith communicated and was very hands on with trying to help. Despite the power loss for a full day I still give 5 stars, that should say somethnig!

Not as advertised and dirty

Property was rundown and old. There was construction going on early in the am. Asked for early check in at 1 and didn’t get in until 3. There was cockroaches as well. Ice dispenser did not work in fridge. The hallway getting to property smelled of marijuana everyday. Overall there are much better properties in the area.

The air conditioner in the second bedroom did NOT work. Which most definitely was an issue because several of us is dealing with asthma with temperature over 100 degrees for the 4 days we stayed there. Also, No privacy for married couples on vacation. Due to the fact that we had to keep the door open with a fan in it to try and get cool air into the room from the eating area. The whole reason for booking a two bedroom was for privacy. Good overall

We have visited Condado a few times this year so we were more than familiar with the building and the area. The location of this building is absolutely perfect for someone staying in Condado since there is so much walking. Overall the unit was great, but I will say we missed the ocean views we’ve had in the past (that’s no fault of the Chefs Delight owners). The reason we missed the ocean views and sounds was because we stayed in the “2nd bedroom”. At night the air conditioning unit was super loud turning on each night. The other issue was the mattress. Unlike the larger bedroom there wasn’t a memory foam mattress. It was super uncomfortable and we felt every movement so neither of us slept well. The location of the unit definitely made up for the uncomfortable sleep, but the change of mattress in the smaller room would make this a 9/10 review.

Mattress, AC, ironing board and constant noise in bedroom and TV not showing properly

Our stay was GREAT customer service GREAT. I didn’t want to make any requests during my stay and wanted to wait till after I left. First, the mattress, I’m sorry but it needs to be changed. The springs in the mattress made it very difficult to find a comfortable spot to sleep, that followed by the constant noise in the locked closet which sounded like a boiler. It kept me up at nights especially when it kicked into high gear. The ironing board needs to be changed it could not stay opened we had to place it closed on a table to iron. The AC in the dining room was not working and we couldn’t watch TV because the pixels were fuzzy. That happens when the cable wires are too long and poor WiFi. Oh, the laundry detergent bottles were empty so I ended up using a little from the trial size that was there. The plus to my stay was central Location to everything, secure, CLEAN apartment and friendly staff. Would I stay again…yes, if all of the above is taken care of.

Nice visit

The property is as described by others. The outside of the building definitely needs updated and sparked a bit of concern. The condo itself has been updates. Pros 1. Space; two beds and two baths 2. Location on Ashford 3. Fully equipped kitchen 4. Washer/dryer 5. Nice touch of snacks on arrival 6. All beach supplies 7. Anything you can possibly need for a vacation, books, games, iron, hair dryer 8. Very strict about elevators, beach access etc. which we found comforting. Cons 1. The lighting is dim 2. The seating in living area is fake kind of leather that you slide off. Not that comfy 3. The pillows were flat, bed in second bedroom hard 4. There were ants on the kitchen counter and a few bugs in the kitchen area. (Spray is in the closet) All food was kept in the fridge. Even crackers. This being said, we understand the climate actually attracts insects of this type.
