It’s a great spot with so many food areas around and not that far from the beach and a great destination to go through when going to other spots literally about 5-10 minute away in car from everywhere

Staff was prompt, polite and accommodating!! Room was just right for my husband and I. Would definitely stay here again. Location and price can’t be beat! So many great restaurants and beach within walking distance 🇵🇷✨🌊☀️

First thank you for having us. Also we were 10 to 15 mins from everything great location. Everything was as advertised. Clean and very well put together. Bed was very comfy. They will definitely see me and my money again

Me and my best friend loved the place. There's a gate you have to get in before you can get in the room. Which we liked, added security. Its in a great location, a lot of food places around the area. We will definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at City Beach Apartments. The apartment is in a great location in a cool neighborhood with so many restaurants and bars. The apartment is cozy and has everything I needed for my stay.

Great place to stay! Near many restaurants and the beach and overall very nice. Please mind that there is some noise from the streets and neighbors but as along as you’re aware of it and are okay with that, it’s a good place! Clean shower and beach towels, but my friend did note that there were some stains on the bedding.

Very clean room. Beach within walking distance along with many different places to eat. Only complaints were lack of towels and no full length mirror. Great place for a couple to stay!

this property is great for a couple, it’s nice, cozy and private, is is also really close to ocean park beach which is a really nice beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. definitely worth staying here and will definitely be back.

The overall experience was amazing, food and beach all walking distance. Uber and uber eats in the area very affordable, always felt safe and will be booking them again my next trip to PR

This review is for the upstairs location at City Beach Apartments (note that photos show both locations). This was a single room with a bed and futon, a small bathroom, and a small kitchen area. It was manageable for two people but a little cramped. The rooms are next to a restaurant, so there is noise and music all day and into the evening, but it was never excessive. There is street parking, and I was always able to find a spot relatively close. It was a short drive from the airport and provided easy access to other parts of San Juan and eastern Puerto Rico.

Where do I begin? The kitchen area wasn't cleaned prior to arrival. The shower area is covered by some sort of plastic sheet and open to the outside. The room is located next to several late night dining areas or clubs. They played music very late into the night. Lots of road noise all throughout the night. the worst thing is - San Juan had been experiencing issues with their water supply for the week or two prior to our arrival. Our host neglected to tell us this. Upon our arrival, we were told there would be no water until later that night. So we arrived tired and sweaty to our accommodation that provided no way of washing our hands, using the toilet, or taking a shower. The manager spent a couple hours telling me that water had been delivered to our room (when it had not) and then that someone was coming to bring water in 20 minutes. The 20 minutes turned into hours. They neglected to refund our stay and their customer service was terrible. Never again!!! Everything in the area was booked so we were unable to book a different place at the last minute. Otherwise, we would have left. Horrible.
