  • El Capitán le permite pasar por alto la playa de Isla Verde desde todas las habitaciones del apartamento, y la cama elevada tamaño Queen le brinda una estupenda vista al mar incluso mientras duerme. Cómodamente equipado, propiedad con aire acondicionado en piso alto con capacidad para 2-4.

We absolutely loved this find! Perfect location with a pool and right on the beach!! Balcony view was amazing and location was key!! Best thing was we felt totally secured in the building at all times. Plenty of places nearby to eat within walking distance and minutes from airport, car rental and all the other places we visited!! Host had great communication, checking in and out. Thank you so much for the great hospitality!!

Good communication with host. Loved the welcome goodies, didn’t need to immediately go out and shop. Place had everything we needed though a bit worn in spots. Beautiful view and nice pool and beach access.

The minute we unlocked the door and saw that balcony view facing the ocean we knew we'd made the right choice. The convenience of the location is superb. The apartment is comfy with a rustic, lived in feel, there were unexpected provisions (coffee, milk, juice, bread, eggs, beverages) that were a generous touch.

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants and other attractions, making it very convenient to explore the area. Although there was temporary water rationing during our stay, the host communicated proactively, kept us informed, and provided buckets of water as well as portable air conditioning units to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the effort and transparency throughout the situation. The apartment was comfortable, and the communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. The only suggestion I would make is to have a few more fans or additional portable air conditioning units, as it would have helped keep the apartment a bit cooler, especially during the warmer parts of the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would definitely consider staying here again, and would recommend it to travelers looking for a great location and responsive hosts.

Location and property are great a very safe and secure building the room has a awesome view and everything you need for your vacation steps away from the beach and huge pool as well as your own private parking spot Very clean just an older unit that could use some updating and modernizing but still a great rental unitThank you for making our stay welcoming and comfortable

You won't regret

Perfect 9 day getaway.. unit was well supplied and in a good area to get around .. Beach was gorgeous and Balcony view is amazing and an easy Uber ride anywhere .. we rented from Charlie's Rent a car across the street and also a Walgreens across the way...

Beach get away!

The condo had the best views of the ocean! Absolutely beautiful. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Very clean, comfortable bad. Hearing and seeing the ocean from bed made it extra special.

Being on the 14th floor was fun -- great to watch the parade of life on the beach and at the pool as well as the changing skycape from the balcony such a height.
