The host was very responsive and overall the place was nice. The grocery store was within walking distance which was definately a plus! (once we found the keys to open the gate to get out of the complex) LOL We enjoyed the outside patio in the community area which offered coffee in the morning and a smoking area for those who smoked. Found out at the end there was some shared condiments if you needed something. Only negative thing I would say is the grill was not usable as it was not cleaned and very old looking. Not a lot to do in this area but we did walk down towards the beach by the large hotels which was swimable along the way we stopped at one of the local bars for a drink and some food. Overall I would definately stay here again for a night or two!

The issue was not the host but the location. We reserved this location due to its good reviews and amenities specifically the generator and water back up system in case the town infrastructure failed. The day we arrived we had no water pressure due to a problem with the home systems. Then the town lost water supply. They were diligent about fixing the home water issue and were successful! Response was great so we stayed. Next day, Thanksgiving we came back from celebrating and walked into the master room with water coming down on the bed from the above unit. Apparently the apartment above had a leak and no one was there so it came through our celling. Again the house manager responded quickly and mitigated the issue but at this point we felt it was a safety and health concern since apparently the water tank had emptied fully above our place. This was our second issue. We opted to request relocation due to the health and safety concerns. We reached out to Vrbo relocation as per policy and got no where with that service. They were not helpful at all. The host and the location have had very good reviews. I think the issues were unexpected mechanical issues that were handled as best as they could given the circumstances. I do not give the host a bad review, they were very responsive and reimbursed us. Location is good, it was just bad luck. Our challenge has been dealing with Vrbo relocation and customer services. They werepoor at best.

Incredible family stay

We had the most amazing stay. The house was really charming annd well decorated with super comfortable beds. It also had incredible outdoor spaces and the washing machine dryer was so helpful. The ac was super cold. The hosts had super cute shared outdoor spaces like a coffee station and had lots of beach chairs and toys available. The hosts were available and helpful if needed. We also loved that it was really close to a really quiet beach. Overall excellent stay highly recommend!

Awesome

Loved my stay here! Very clean and tastefully decorated. The instructions included in the welcome book made the check in progress seamless. Rolando and his team were great hosts and thought to include everything you possibly need for a great stay including sunscreen for the beach.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! My husband and I and our 5 kids were there for 8 days for our wedding. During that time we lost power twice but that’s common now for PR. Our hosts were quick to set up a generator both times and provide fans for each and lights to see and a way to charge our phones. our. I’m extremely grateful for that.

Perfect San Juan Spot

Great communication with the team of property managers; easy check-in. Safe gated community, very walkable to beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. Plenty of room for my family of six.

Excellent stay

Wish we had more time at this one. It’s a great property, very clean and a cool space. The open air patio is especially cool. It’s a quick walk to the city beach too. The hosts were super nice and helpful!
