This is our personal home that we have owned since 1997. We did not purchase it as a rental business. You are going to enjoy all of the comforts and relax in our large 4 bedroom home, full A/C and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Well-maintained PRIVATE HOME located in Hacienda Margarita - a beautiful gated community with security. Located between Luquillo and Fajardo.
Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minute drive to several spectacular beaches (including several surf beaches). 65" TV, WI-FI, cable and a full size pool table. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! No noise/swimming after 10pm. Must be respectful of neighbors.

2400 sq ft home has two fabulous balconies, one covered, the other with 800 square feet of space and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

Community space has Tennis (with Pickleball lines--we have a net available upon request), Basketball, Large pool for lap swimming, and playground.

In addition to private pool with beach towels--Pool table, Cornhole, and games/puzzles.

Close to the El Yunque Rain Forest. Take a day and travel to Old San Juan to enjoy the city and the forts and the Bacardi rum factory. Great restaurants are only minutes away.

This home is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities of Puerto Rico. The community is quiet and peaceful. Unusually large home lots for Puerto Rico provides privacy and peacefulness. Watch the cruise ships pass by during the evening. Enjoy all the water sports during the day and then come home to relax on the deck!

No Swimming/Pool Use after 10:00pm, Not a party house. 10 guests maximum. Must be respectful of neighbors. No smoking allowed/$250 if rule violated. Solar system with Tesla battery backup for any power blips.
Pool serviced weekly. Skimmer net available.
