ISLA VERDE MEJOR UBICACIÓN! APARTAMENTO DE LUJO COMPLETAMENTE REMODELADO CON VISTA AL MAR.

Este lujoso apartamento está ubicado en el corazón de la zona de Isla Verde, frente al Hotel San Juan & Hotel Intercontinental. El apartamento es muy grande con 700 pies cuadrados de espacio y tiene aire acondicionado completo. Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, un enorme dormitorio con una cama Queen y Smart TV con acceso a Nexflix, Hulu y televisión por cable con Wifi de alta velocidad. También cuenta con un baño completo, comedor y sala de estar, con un increíble balcón con una hermosa vista al mar. El apartamento también ofrece estacionamiento subterráneo, una linda piscina y cancha de tenis. Hay restaurantes, hoteles de 5 estrellas, casinos, farmacias, centros comerciales y acceso a la playa a poca distancia dentro de un área de 1 a 4 millas. Hay transporte público como autobuses, taxis, o incluso puedes caminar a muchos de estos lugares. Comparta la playa con El San Juan Hotel and Casino al lado y visite los lugares nocturnos donde los lugareños vienen a bailar salsa y merengue a una cuadra de distancia, o simplemente tome nuestras sillas de playa bajo las palmeras y vea pasar el mundo.

Great stay

This condo was perfect. Very clean, great view from the balcony, and centrally located. It is close to everything. Carlos is a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

The apartment is safe and convenient. The owner was very easy to communicate with and available for any needs. This is a perfect location, close to everything. We plan to go back!

Everything about this condo was great. The place is bright clean airy. What is more important to me is safety and I felt safe. There is a laundry and weight room and I used both. You can cook if you want buy groceries. The host is accommodating and easy to reach. I will return.

Our stay was amazing! Only ranking 4 stars as getting into the building / garage for the first time was a little confusing since the keys and transponder were inside the apartment. Also there isn’t an oven but we didn’t need one. Loved the location, cleanliness, and everything else!

Complete and Cozy Stay

This is an adorable apartment on the 22th floor of a complex across from El San Juan Hotel. Beach access is a mere crossing of the street through the walkway. Views of the water are lovely from the balcony. The apartment is completely stocked with all that you might need for a vacation with extra bottles of sunscreen! It is well maintained and clean, not one problem during the whole of our stay.

Beautiful Unit

Worth every penny. Beautiful condo with 24/7 security. Extremely close to everything you may need. Supermarcado, beaches, airport, local towns and so much more. Very accommodating. Along with parking should you rent a vehicle. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Also has great views! Will definitely book again.

Great place with accurate description of unit.

Great location and very walkable to restaurants, shops and beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed in many units and this has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Easy check in and owner is available for questions. The only suggestion I would add is since there is no dishwasher to have a small folding dryer rack available. I would definitely recommend this unit and visit again.

Accurate description but extremely noisy

The unit was accurately described and pictured -how for reasons of location, construction, and acoustics noise levels were extreme from 10 pm to 6am, loud,apparently drunk groups from the Fairmont hotel across the street into the early am coupled with loud road noise ( music blaring and exaggerated engine noise ) that radiate up to unit make a night’s sleep impossible.

Great place!

This nice apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures: very clean, remodeled, nicely furnished and decorated, and has everything one needs. View from balcony is stunning! The building is also clean and well kept and the location is excellent, a short walk from the beach and nice restaurants and across from Fairmont San Juan Hotel, where we enjoyed great live music and a couple of wonderful events the hotel offers and that are open to the public. Our host Carlos was super nice and very responsive and quick to answer any questions about the property.. We loved the fact that we had private, secured parking on property without having to pay extra. Building is gated and has security 24/7. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and we would stay there again!

What a wonderful treat it was to stay here! The condo was spacious and nicely decorated, plus it had a lot of dishes and utensils to make simple cooking an easy start to the day. The pool was bigger than we expected and nicely maintained. Security was excellent, with keys required to enter the grounds, the building, and the condo itself. We spent quite a bit of time just enjoying the sea view from the balcony. The shower was quite nice and had excellent water pressure. The building is a very quick drive from the airport and the surrounding neighborhood has quite a few restaurants and bars to suit every taste. We enjoyed Lupi's (one block east) and Faccio Pizza (about a ten-minute walk west), in particular. Finally, Carlos was a GREAT host. He was responsive and didn't seem to mind my many questions on our first day, considering that I could have found the info I needed if I'd taken an extra minute to look a bit more.I'm not sure when or if we'll be able to return to PR, but if we do, I know where we're staying, no question!

Our stay was great! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive, communication was quick and easy. We were short on time so didn't get to use the pool but it looked well kept. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
